Fabulous 5+ bedroom, 2 bath spacious lakefront cottage in a private setting on Perkins Pond. Westerly exposure provides unparalleled sunsets, especially from the deck. The main level consists of the kitchen, living room, and dining area with a water view. There are 2+ bedrooms on the main level, 1 bathroom, and a game room with a foosball table and air hockey. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms and another bathroom. Enjoy dinner or drinks on the deck overlooking the water, or have lunch at the waterside picnic table. There is a private dock for your boat and the water access is shallow with a sandy bottom, ideal for families. Perkins Pond is located 3-4 miles from Sunapee Harbor and 10-15 minutes to Mount Sunapee and New London.
