The house look just like it’s pictured, plenty of space for the party we had with us (14) and everyone slept comfortably,the host communicated back really fast and was very pleasant.. the street it’s on is busy and u will see a lot of people walking up and down the street other than that we enjoyed our stay

John and Gina were excellent hosts! The property was extremely clean upon arrival, and check in was a breeze. I have felt duped before when booking rentals, where the photos are of a pristine house and then I show up and it is nowhere near what the photos looked like...not here! The cleanliness and set up of the photos is exactly what I got when checking in. The house is very spacious, which allowed us to take advantage of the included beer pong set up ;) Another guest mentioned the location...and while yes, it is not the absolute best, it is nowhere near the worst either. You can tell there are some new builds/rentals in an area that local residents live. That is it. If this is something you are worried about, rest assured that there is plenty of off-street parking, all covered by multiple security cameras that the hosts have set up. While renting their space, my groomsmen and I had absolutely no issues with this and felt completely safe. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone needing a large rental close to Deep Ellum! Thank you John and Gina!

Great house, bad location

Great house, bad location

This property was so cute! We loved the inside of the house very nice and clean. The outside of the house was exactly what was pictured however the neighborhood was awful. It looks like people are trying to buy and build to clean up the neighborhood. LOTS of homeless walking around but its also downtown… contact with the property owner was very easy and I received a response very quickly. I enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.
