If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 95 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything to cook with. They had lots of towels, but bring your own shampoo because they only provide a tiny tiny bottle. Some of the homes have had games, but this home did not. The pool was nice in the yard was lovely and the patio furniture was comfy. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house We had a little issue on check-in because they told us the house was available, but they hadn’t sent us how to get into the house. I reached out and they got me the information. I spoke to the property manager who said he had been by to check on the property, it would’ve been nice if he had turned down the air conditioning so when we came in the house would be cooler. It was set for 78 hours to get it down to 72 so it was hot to sleep the first night.

We were visiting family in the area and this home provided the perfect gathering place in Oro Valley. The house was spotless with a well stocked kitchen and a great layout. The pool was perfect and a great temp in August even though we didn't pay the extra fee for pool heating. Albert, the cactus, became the mascot for our trip! We'll be back!

We absolutely loved our time at this Oro Valley home. The accommodations were comfortable. The home was super spacious. The yard with its lemon and grapefruit trees, plus ALBERT, the loveliest cactus on the block, were all fantastic. Loved every moment of our visit!

We travel to Arizona every year, and have stayed in many places. This home was beautiful, spotless, and in a perfect location to local hiking and golf. The only drawback was the road noise at times due to the corner lot. We enjoyed the pool very much, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Very happy with our stay here.

We travel alot and only stay at VRBO's. This home was exactly how they describe. We especially enjoyed the lay out of the home. Master at one end and the other 3 bedrooms at the other. Kitchen was spotless and all appliance worked great. The locations for us was perfect. Many walking trails for us and our 28 lb miniture bernie doodle. Its off a street but once work/school is over it is a very quiet neighborhood. I cannot say one thing negative about this home.

Very nice property. Property was absolutely filthy. Cleaning rags left on counters. Dirty appliances, counter tops, floor not cleaned. Box of condoms in night stand. Used condom on kitchen counter. Dirty silverware and plates. Crackers in kitchen drawer. Local cleaning team not available. Vacasa host tried to have local team contact us with no avail. Compensated us almost half of the rental, but we spent a lot of time dealing with this issue during our stay. Owners need to know about how this impacted our stay at their property.

It's so much better in person! This home is spacious, clean and well furnished. The backyard is beautiful! The check-in was easy and the Vacasa representative checked in with us and we felt that if we did need anything they would have been available. We had a hiccup with check-in, I hadn't received the check-in info the day of arrival & when I reached out to Vacasa, they said they still needed more information from me. That was frustrating, I was in the uber on the way to the property. But once I reached out management quickly checked me in & got the info to me, I was all set by the time I got to the property. The property is gorgeous. It's a huge house with all the amenities you could hope for. The pool was freezing, but it's probably too expensive to heat in November. The house is private, the neighbors are friendly, the location was perfect for visiting family in Oro Valley. The appliances look new, and the beds are very comfortable. All linens & towels were soft & clean. The owners obviously love this home. It was a wonderful stay.

This home was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and fit all our needs and then some. The house was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We are four female longtime friends who were celebrating 29 years of friendship and one 65th birthday, and could not have asked for a better location for our celebrations. The living areas, bedrooms, backyard, pool and fruit trees we’re beyond our expectations and we’ll be back again in the future.
