This two-story mountain view home boasts abundant private amenities and is the perfect launch point for your next once-in-a-lifetime vacation. Guests of all ages will swoon when they arrive at Fun in the Sun Cabin. Kids will be delighted by their bunkroom hangout with its own ping-pong table and will stay occupied for hours challenging each other to an air hockey tournament. There is ample opportunity to admire the magnificent vista and breathe in the fresh mountain air with three private decks, including one off the main bedroom. Imagine starting your day outside with a steaming cup of coffee or serenely whiling away the afternoon on the porch swing. No matter what your sport of choice is, you're bound to find something that strikes your fancy on the community grounds, where you'll find the 18-hole Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course, a basketball court, four tennis courts, and pickleball courts where you can partake in free weekly lessons. In the summer, enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool, featuring a stunning mountain view. THINGS TO KNOW This home is within a gated community that requires a $42 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is subject to change without notice. Gated entrance. Children's books and toys are available for guest use. Streaming services available with guests' accounts. Boat rentals are available seasonally at Pine Mountain Lake Marina. The community pool is only open in the summer. This home has active surveillance cameras that point away from the home. The pellet stove is not available for guest use. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: active cameras outside, pointed away from home into surrounding area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We loved this house, very clean and lots of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the air hockey and ping pong in the downstairs room. Everything has been updated and remodeled. There are plenty of beds. The marina area by the lake was quite lovely. A great time was had.

It was my first time using Vacasa. I was a bit skeptical at first using a site that I never heard of before, and I read some bad reviews about the agency. The home was great! Very comfortable to stay in. Nice and clean when we arrived, just some minor things that should be fixed. Outside string lights would not turn on. Seems like outside outlets does not work. Bedroom/game room downstairs had no ventilation. Although we could've opened the window, there was no screen to keep bugs and critters out. Lake was beautiful. Two-person Kayak rental was $30 an hour. $42 per vehicle for entry and parking throughout the stay. 1 hour away from Yosemite. I would give 5 stars, but the downside of Vacasa was that when we asked for early check in, the rep told us that it is against their policy to allow early check in.

The Fun in the Sun Cabin was amazing! Our children loved spending time outdoors and in the game room playing ping pong, air hockey, and watching t.v. We loved barbecuing on the spacious deck and enjoyed spending time inside in the beautiful cabin. There’s an abundance of beds, fun games, and lounging areas for all. It was a place that provided us with the opportunity to create unforgettable moments with family and friends. We will be back on our next trip to Pine Mountain Lake and the beautiful Yosemite National Park!
