I stayed here with family. We really loved the house. The whole street is absolutely adorable. The way the listing describes the area is accurate. The walk to the beltline is not bad at all but it is also not right down the street. I have no complaints, other than parking is a little difficult if you have more than 1 car.. depending on the time of day, there may or may not be many spots on the street. We always found spots but not always right in front of the house. There is a parking spot in back but the alley to get there is pretty narrow and I wouldn't do it with anything larger than a standard car, personally.

The location if this home was perfect (in the MLK neighborhood). It seemed safe and quiet. Overall, the house was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The yard and outside (porches and decks) needed sweeping; The grass needed to be cut and the yard manicured. We absolutely loved the porch swing.

This is a great property beautifully renovated home. Located right off the highway. Quick access to 75/85 north and south. The house is very clean and spacious. Communication with guest services was great. Check-in was a breeze. If your in town and need a place to stay that is close to all things intown this is the place! It is also located in a historical district, which was a bonus. The house was roomy and very comfortable. Don't hesitate to book this house. We would defininatley recommend and will be booking again.

Easy access to interstate and walking distance to several great restaurants. We really enjoyed the food, coffee, and service at Lotta Frutta which is 2-3 houses down the street. Street parking was never an issue during our stay. The house had plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids (ages 18 months-8 years). Backyard area was great for the kids. Bring bug spray if spending time in the backyard--lots of mosquitoes!

The house is gorgeous, spotless, and in a great location. You can walk to MLK's house, two blocks from the house. Two electric motor scooters were for rent on the first day of arrival. I love staying at this location; the home is very spacious. I loved the screen-in porch. The house location is in an area where you are close to all the attractions in Atlanta. The front porch swing is an excellent addition to the home. I sat on the front porch during my stay, read my book, and truly enjoyed the tranquility. This house is a winner you will not be disappointed.

The house was great the only problem was we would have liked some wine glasses for our evening cocktails. Also it would have been nice if we were told exactly what kind of coffee maker was provided. We would have liked a brew pot since we were a party of 4 so we could have enjoyed our mornings at the house. Just a note please have the internet checked out for every visitor before their stay.

We really liked the proximity to Krog Street Market and the BeltLine (walked to Krog several times and via BeltLine to dinner in Inman Park). We did cook dinner in for 8 one evening and found the kitchen a bit lacking on cookware, dinnerware and glassware.

Beautiful property, safe neighborhood, private gated parking, fire pit, short distance to everything you might need or want. Went to Bucs/Falcons and it was an easy ride on the MARTA, took the kids to the Georgia Aquarium and it was a 9-minute drive, walked to Martin Luther King's birth home and memorial in minutes. There's a Publix right nearby and anything else you might need. Amazing local restaurants surround the property and you'd need a whole year to hit them all. Quick and friendly communication with Vacasa/property manager to make checking in and out easy, as well as any minor issues you might encounter. We will definitely be back.

Newly renovated house. Great location to Krog Street Market and Tunnel. Close to the nightlife on Edgewood Ave. and downtown. Great for families and big groups.
