Lake Powell has a channel that runs into the Gulf, providing boats with direct access. Head over to Lake Powell Park, where you'll find a boat launch ramp + a nice beach area.

We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a very quiet street. There is lots of parking available in the driveway (room for 2-3 cars) and lots of street parking available as well.
