Set on 10 gorgeous acres, this 3,850-square-foot custom-built ranch home with 16ft ceilings throughout is the ideal destination for your next big family getaway. After winding down the palm tree-dotted driveway, enter a private, fenced front courtyard with lush landscaping before you step through the front double doors and find yourself in a central great room beneath a soaring, exposed beam ceiling. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen to the right features stainless steel appliances, including two wall ovens, two dishwashers, and two side-by-side refrigerators, as well as gorgeous granite countertops and cabinets brimming with utensils, dishes, and other accessories. Enjoy meals together indoors at the enormous table, or step outside to the furnished and shaded patio, fire up the gas grill, and enjoy an al fresco, poolside experience. The fenced backyard includes a private pool that can be heated for an additional fee, a hot tub, and plenty of beautiful landscaping to admire while you soak up Arizona sunshine. Back inside, this home includes an inviting living area with comfortable leather seating and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels.

The phenomenal primary suite has a walk-in closet, a huge en suite bathroom that includes a shower with 10 heads, and a jetted tub. This main bedroom also features a loft with a private deck and breathtaking mountain views. The remaining bedrooms offer additional features, including front and rear patio access, large closets, TVs, and plush bedding to ensure everyone sleeps well.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed for our annual family gathering. The place was so beautiful. The property and house had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and back patio. The sunsets from the master bedroom balcony were breathtaking! The house is located in a desert oasis, lots of cacti, horses next door, and lots of space in the house and on the property.

Nice house. Everything you need with plenty of space. Cooking, grilling and hanging around the kitchen was where we spent most of the time. All appliances and utensils you would need. Hot tub was nice but may have had a little too much chemical. 100% would rent again.

Great property for a family get together. Our daughters and their families love out of states so it was nice to have a big place to gather. The kids loved the pool area and to our surprise the ping pong table in the garage. It was nice to have the large table for all of us to be able to sit and have dinners together. The location of the house was only about 10 minutes from our house so it made the commute convienent to visit the family while they were in town. The set up of the bedrooms was private enough to host to seperate families. We very much enjoyed our stay. thank you.

We truly enjoyed this house. The house was spotless clean (and we had a crawling baby with clean knees to prove it!). The rooms were all spacious and comfortable. The master bath was something to behold (Spoiler Alert: it has his-and-hers toilets!). With the layout of the house, we were able to spend time together when we wanted, and retreat to our separate wings (where the bedrooms are located) when we wanted our quiet time. The great (!!) room is in the center of the house and had everything we needed. And if that wasn't enough....the back patio and yard were magic! The sunsets were truly stunning and the stuff of postcards. We enjoyed the gated entry to the property, the long, winding driveway, grand motor court, and the ability to use the garage (which was a huge benefit in August!). Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

We loved staying here! We had a small family reunion with two families. The house was more than large enough for everyone. The beds were cozy, the kitchen stocked with every dish and pan we needed for cooking, and the view and pool were incredible. The master shower was humongous and such a treat. We had nonstop fun with the bags and ping pong table games. We had so much fun that we opted to skip some adventures we had planned and just stayed in the home and swam and played games.

Had a family reunion here. Great for big families. Kitchen is well stocked for family meals. Pool is fantastic and the covered patio is nice for al fresco dining. It also has very comfortable beds. Close to a Walgreens and a Fry’s grocery store.

This property is absolutely amazing! From the wildlife in the morning, coffee on the deck, swimming, room for everyone! It had it all! We will definitely come back! it was a true home away from home!!! The staff was fantastic!!!
