You can be back home again within ten minutes of the game ending, sitting in the comfort of your own living room revisiting the highlights of the game!

Whether you're here to take in a concert or an event at the Resch Center, dinner on Holmgren Way, or experience the magic of Lambeau, our neighborhood home has the luxury of visiting all of these venues and a host of restaurants all within a five minute walk from our front door. When not taking in the enjoyment of Green Bay, take a trip to the beautiful Door County, that is just a short 45 minute drive. With 300 miles of shoreline, you can watch a sunrise and sunset over the water, view thousands of acres of orchards, explore art galleries, sip on local wines and brews, splash in the lake or paddle along the bluffs. With 5 state parks and 11 historic lighthouses, there is an endless amount of things to take in and experience.

This rental is professionally managed by Ruesch Management. We have an office located in Downtown Green Bay with 24 hour maintenance service.

Traffic is quite heavy during game days and street parking can be a real challenge so we recommend arriving the day before a game if your plans will allow. There is room for cars to park in the driveway and garage included in this rental. There is a keypad lock on the side door next to the garage for entry upon arrival for contactless check in.

This property is a single-family home with a kitchen, living room, one full bath, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has one full and one twin bed. Guests also have access to the unfinished basement that has a washer and dryer. There is room to park two vehicles in the driveway.

There is ample public transportation in Green Bay, but this rental is within walking distance of anything you might need, including a gas station, grocery store, restaurants/bars, Resch Center, Lambeau Field and more.

Please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property, we do not provide disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil, or paper products. The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival.

Great little place in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short walk to Lambeau, and a 10 min drive to downtown. Recent 2 month stay for work and everything was great!

Had a 3 month stay here as a traveling professional. Much older house with not so professional renovations done (hubby is a tradesmen so when he moved me in he of course had to point them all out- typical trades guy haha). No big deal though- it didn't effect the functionality of much except a few drawers. House was in a nice neighborhood and a great location to both my work and other activities the area has to offer. I did notice a huge ant problem when I moved in and they immediately made their way into my food. When contacting the management company, however, they were kind and quick to have exterminators come to alleviate the problem to which the ants never came back in full force thankfully. My only complaint is since I was a monthly stay, I had to put down a security deposit which still has yet to be returned a month later even though I left the home in almost move in ready condition upon check out. It was almost a months rent, so a larger sum of money that's kind of painful to lose. I sent out 2 emails to the management company about returning the deposit without an answer as of tonight. Will update post upon response. Overall a nice stay- I would consider staying again but only for a short term stay.

Very clean and comfortable house. We were able to walk to the stadium and the nearby convenience store for supplies. Just what we wanted out of a stay for a Packers weekend.
