We've discounted the nightly rate by 25% due to construction in our backyard. You'll hear construction noise during the day (7am - 8pm). Occasionally, you'll need to park on the street to make room for equipment. However, our neighborhood is quiet, so traffic is minimal.

Look for the garage door entrance with the "Nashville Suite" sign. Once inside, go up the stairs to the suite at the right entrance.

We have assigned parking for guests as seen by the two "Rental Parking Only" signs that are posted. The rest of the parking is for our family. You are allowed a maximum of two vehicles to be parked on the premises at a time including any guests. RVs and moving trucks are prohibited.

COVID-19 SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

YARD MAINTENANCE
During the mowing season, we have a company service our yard once per week, and it is typically on Wednesday mornings, but it can be on other days due to the weather. Also, we have professional services like lawn spraying and pest control that spray the outside only. They do not enter the house during your stay.

NO PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our studio is not suitable to accommodate them.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
