It is amazingly equipped with everything you need to cook, bake, or mix up a good time- there is even a Margaritaville margarita machine!! We provide a Keurig, coffee pot, KitchenAid Stand Mixer, blender, crockpot, and more! Family Room and Dining - Lots of space for gathering together to watch a movie, enjoy the views or eat dinner! Garage - Access is provided to the garage (one small vehicle will fit) where there is an extra refrigerator, deep freezer, ping pong table, and laundry room! This floor also has a half bathroom. Top Level: The Captain's Quarters with a king-sized bed, TV with Roku, a desk space! We also provide alarm clocks that have a USB charging port. This level also has a full bathroom where we have plush white towels, hair dryer, and all soaps, shampoo, and conditioner! The lower deck is where you're going to find the Hot Tub, with privacy from any neighbors!! It is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the lake views and sunsets! Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and not exceed the maximum number of occupancy allowed. 3. Occupancy: Maximum number of guests is listed on each property listing site.
