The gated Hot Springs Village community has 11 lakes stocked for fishing, 9 golf courses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, about 30 miles of hiking trails, 2 swimming pools, boating/kayaking, beaches, restaurants, dog park, security and much more. One can have a quiet retreat to the Coronado spa or days filled with loads of activity!

*NOTE: This property is a non-smoking, no pet home and does not allow parties or events. There will be a $500 fine for any violation. There may also be a parking restriction. If you have more than two cars that will be at the property, please have that approved ahead of time.
