Make your way inside this beautiful, mid-century modern furnished home via the keyless smart lock and be greeted with a beautiful entry to the home and living area.

LIVING ROOM
Walkthrough into the sun-filled living area with a large modular lounge that surrounds the decorative fireplace and wall-mounted TV – the perfect place for a movie night together with plenty of popcorn. Family games are located in the entertainment center to give you and your family plenty to do when spending time together in the home.

KITCHEN & DINING
The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped to handle a 3-course family dinner with a large freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a full-size fridge with a filtered water dispenser, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher to take care of the cleaning up.

Eat together in the beautifully-styled dining room with seating for ten guests along with a highchair so the little ones can join you for a beautiful dinner.

BATHS - 1ST FLOOR
Just around the corner from the kitchen, you fine a convenient half bathroom for those in your group hanging out on the first level.

Take the stairs up to the second floor and into the elegant master suite with a luxuriously large king bed and a crib for the smallest in the family. The attached spa-worthy full bathroom has a modern touches and features a his and hers vanity, a dressing seat, and a large walk-in shower.

Next down the hall is the lovely second king bedroom with luxuriously soft linens as well as a pack n' play for the kiddos.

And in the third second floor bedroom a queen bed awaits, as well as a mounted Smart TV for late-night viewing.

Also on the second floor is the second beautifully designed full bathroom, complete with all the toiletries with easy access from the 2nd and 3rd bathrooms.

Shaw is one of the oldest and most intact neighborhoods among St. Louis City’s historic districts and is centrally located just minutes from Downtown, the historic Soulard District, Forest Park, The Hill, Tower Grove Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden, and the South Grand business district.

Flora Place, in the heart of the Shaw neighborhood, hosts the annual Historic Shaw Art Fair, which showcases juried artists from around the country, entertainment, and local cuisine.

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Beautiful house close to the Botanical Gardens and right next door to a coffee shop that became our morning routine. Would definitely stay here again!

Two families came together for a long weekend away. 5 adults and 6 children ranging from 2-15. The house had plenty of space, beds and dishes to cover us all. The garage area was great place to safely park our vehicles off the street; fit 2 vans decently. HVAC was not working on second floor but I contacted management and they helped me through troubleshooting and then had maintenance fix it the next day. They were great to communicate and work with when needed. The beds were all comfortable. Washer and dryer were available to guest use. We had plenty of dishes to use for all 11 of us. Good selection of pots/pans for us to be able to cook 3 suppers and 2 breakfasts at the house. The dishwasher worked great and the host supplies the dish detergent. If you plan to wash dishes by hand bring your own sponge/wash cloth and kitchen towels. When we travel we always bring a baggie or assorted sized Ziplocs for left overs, also will be bringing trash bags in the future; just a guest tip for other guests. There is a charcoal grill available for guest use but bring your own charcoal and starting supplies. Broom, mop and vacuum easily accessible to use when needed. With us being 2 bigger families with kids we did some daily pick ups to prevent any large messes. We will definitely recommend this host.

Most things at the house were fine, but the keyed entry on the front door never worked even after they sent someone out to fix it. Most of the towels were wet, when we went to dry them discovered that the sensor on the dryer wasn't working and we just had to use the timer setting instead. That's the kind of thing I'd expect the person managing the property to be able to figure out.

My group really enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. The home was a good mix of old charm and modern updates. There were very good restaurants and a cute coffee shop all within walking distance. I was there with a group of 9 tennis friends--the hot water kept up with all our showers after returning from matches. The third floor a/c kept us cool and the bedding was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay and we would all return in a heartbeat.
