Summary:
Our home is perfect for all things Memphis! Our 4bedroom, 2bathroom home can sleep up to 12 guests and features a full kitchen, cozy backyard with a firepit and is located within walking distance to High Point Grocery and High Point Pizza, Memphis's favorite pizza place! The Memphis Zoo and Brooks Museum of Art are a quick 10min drive and Downtown Memphis is only a 20min drive, where you will find endless attractions, shopping, and dining experience! We have no doubt that you will love our home!

The Space:
Guests will access the home through the front door with a keypad. Once inside, you will see the living room with a queen sleeper sofa large smartTV, and extra seating. You'll find a full bathroom down the hallway and kitchen and dining room just past it. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for any meal you'd like to prepare and the table has seating for 8 with room for more!

There is one bedroom downstairs with two full beds. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs where you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a full. There is also a shared full bathroom upstairs.

Outside is perfect for relaxing under the night sky with the firepit, Edison lights and Adirondack chairs!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Please note that this house is a shared building, but all of the spaces, including the backyard are private. Please be aware that this home has street parking for guests.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in High Point Terrace, close to High Point Pizza and Grocery!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

Great location but, the cleaning crew used too much bleach and didn’t clean some of the vents well. Only 1 TV in the home. It needs fans in the bedrooms. Some of the mattresses need to be replaced. Water pressure in the showers could be improved.

Your VRBO needs some upgrades. The Beds are terrible. We arrived and it was full of flys and mosquitos. The check in process was outside of the VRBO process. The email went to my spam. Very difficult and confusing. All the VRBO's we have stayed in the past, the check was easy. They have a company out of GA handling the management. When the alarm went off, I had to figure it out.

Best location we have stayed in the Memphis area. We loved the pizza place and little store being right across the street. It seemed very centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go.

Ideal Location

We stayed here with family members while temporarily displaced for some home repairs. The location is perfect--there's a great grocery/market, a pizza joint, and a deli-style restaurant right across the street, so we really didn't need to leave the property. We had some minor glitches with the internet/cable TV and I'd encourage the owners to take a look at the thermostat which struggled to keep air conditioning consistent upstairs and downstairs, but those can be tweaked easily. I'd stay here again without hesitation as it had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable, and the amenities across the street made our stay a very nice one!!
