We had a great time in Lake Geneva and this home was perfect for our trip. The location was perfect. Lake Geneva is a super fun town but this weekend was extremely crowded. This home is located about 2 miles from downtown so it allowed us to have a quiet and relaxing weekend. 5 minute drive to the restaurants and shops. The home is very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. I would stay there again!!

While this house is in a regular neighborhood, it was fairly quiet and the inside was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend stay at this house in January. The owner/manager contacted me several times throughout our stay to ensure that there were no issues and was very responsive to any questions we had. Very satisfied with this house rental.

We stayed here for the weekend of NYE. There were 5 of us. The home was exactly like the photos and everything was extremely clean! The home was very spacious for 5 adults. The basement game room was just what we needed because we didn’t go out besides going to dinner when we first arrived. The owner checked in to answer any questions or concerns. Overall we had a wonderful time. We’re returning in the spring to enjoy the beautiful patio and visit some more stores in town.

We enjoyed all that this property had to offer. We had happy hour on the deck by the warmth of the gas fire pit. A large kitchen to easily prepare and serve breakfast for six people. Fun in the game room. Comfortable seating for everyone when gathering in the living room. There was plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company.

We were so thankful to have found The Grand Timothy! Our group had an easy time finding it and we enjoyed all the comfortable seating and conversation areas. It rained on what was going to be our beach day, so it was nice having the option of the game room downstairs. The basement is a bit smaller than the pictures look, but a good space nonetheless. Overall, a great space for our group of friends and would definitely be great for a family/ families to stay.
