That rental was in a great location however the house itself could be improved specifically the spa. The jets did not work and was our main reason we selected to attend this rental. The hot water had issues particularly when having to shower it didn’t work. The carpet had stains and felt the house could do with a renovation. Overall it was still good. Thank you

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and I am so grateful that my best friend Bella the GSD was welcome. The house is spacious and very clean and the neighbours are lovely.It's in a quiet area and I did not find it inconvenient being a 5 minute trip to town. I would have liked some decent wine glasses and I also think perhaps a mud map would help, Google maps sends you off in a completely different location.

This home was in a quiet location situated at the rear of a twin dwelling property. The house was in very good condition and was clean, the layout of the home was excellent with a large central benchtop and plenty of cupboard space for any cooking equiptment you bring with you.The recliner chairs were nice and comfy and the coonara heater adds a nice touch, however the Mitsubishi inverter in the main room does a great job. There are Mitsubishi air con/heaters in 2 of the bedrooms which makes it a standout in the summer or winter weather.For dogs, mine being an outside dog that only comes in at night I found that the lack of a secure yard was a setback and it's hard to pick up the poop among the sticks and leaves.Overall I loved this home especially for the daily price but for the reason of my dogs needs(a yard) 4 weeks was probably a little long.Only negative was the guard dogs in the front home that took an insyant disliking to my GSD and therefore going in an out was a hurdle.Definitely recommend.

When we arrived, we found the house was nice. however, the biggest issue was the smell of the kitchen/living room to the point that we would only spend our time in the bedroom or outside as the smell was horrendous. We tried airing out the place however this was not enough. Furthermore, there was never enough hot water for the two of us to have showers. If these things were improved we would give it a 5 star.

Efficient Check-in. Place is quiet and comfortable with easy access. We couldn’t work the oven on the last night so instructions would be good but turning it on didn’t work. Dishwasher wasn’t balanced properly but was quickly fixed as soon as we reported it. We will book it again because it was perfect for there’s single women (one very elderly + elderly dog.

We were pleasantly surprised how big the house is, you could smell the cleanliness when you open the door. We didn't need to be close to the action as we more than been locals before. It was exactly what we needed, thank you we did feel like we were at home. We would love to come back again and again

Need to just be careful of the fences if you have little dogs as little dogs can get through gaps and escape. But the house was superb and relaxing with everything you need.

It was a nice quiet location. Sadly, my Husband was bit from one of Two Dogs on the property. Better SIGNS for Guard Dogs needed, ASAP. Lights @ night is a must as a Tall person must duck down under deck which is where the Guard Dog signs are.
Disliked the lack of privacy as no window covering for the kitchen. One curtain rod fell off the sliding glass door and hit me on shoulder. Sadly, zero reply back from property Manager regarding this.
Bonus, the Spa was lovely.
The Dogs could be secured on the front deck, but no yard for toilet @ night. So walked up onto the road for this.
Sadly not a Dog Friendly Town all in all.

Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay. Property is well maintained apart from carpet stains. Bigger sign on the property would make it easier to find. A sensor light underneath the walkway for night time would be of benefit as well as a light over the dining table. Missing information on when to put the bins out for emptying/collection would also be an advantage. We enjoyed our weeks break away and we had nice weather

OK for people without kids as nowhere for them to play. The place had a nice feel but could do with a bit of a clean up on the outside as in cobwebs, weeding .etc. Spa bath gt and bed comfortable. Inside clean . Carpet stained in areas. Generally comfortable but would not recommend or stay again.

We had a great stay. Loved the spa and house. The only thing I would suggest is better internet. The wifi kept dropping in and out and we couldn’t watch any streaming because of it but not a big deal. Everything else was great!

Good location and house in good condition. However a few things that let it down, namely the supplied appliances, which once rectified, would elevate it to highly recommended. 1. Need light above dining table, a very dark spot in otherwise well lit house. 2. Borderline unusable broken kitchen exhaust. Does not slide out the way it should as appears broken. Risks falling down. Even when it does, exhaust on full not strong enough to prevent smoke detectors going off even cooking reasonably low smoke meal. 3. Dishwasher, difficult to use, trays do not slide in and out easily. 4. Air fryer, often gets stuck sliding back in and won’t then turn on. 5. One of the stove tops, igniter does not work. 6. Supplied modem, but no internet. Why bother to supply the modem???? 7. Curtains in dining area does not close open and close properly. Pulling curtains moves the rod at the top causing the whole rail to fall down. 8. There are three TVs, one in lounge is great and large but often pixelated because of poor signal. One of the Tv’s near lounge in one of the bedrooms is there but not able to be used because it has no signal outlet to plug into. I guess only useful if bringing own console or device to plug into it.
