A welcoming, single-store holiday home set on approximately 5 acres right on the edge of Normanville, The relaxing and inviting decor, will allow you to unwind with all the creature comforts you could need, designed to bring the outside in.
The home is absolutely perfect for that relaxing breakaway and was designed with comfort in mind. The floor plan is practical and spacious. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 living areas and can accommodate up to 13 guests comfortably, which makes this enticing property appeal to families and groups alike - all whilst offering those stunning views. The open-plan set-up of the main home along with the separate ‘weekender retreat’ allows friends and family and children to socialise and commune but also have their own space. The seamless indoor/outdoor flow offers an easy connection for outdoor dining and easy supervision of the children.
In the heart of the home, you will find the gorgeous open-plan living and entertaining area.
The kitchen boasting stone benchtops comes fully equipped with stylish crockery, glassware, cutlery, modern appliances, and a lovely island bench with ample space.
A comfortable lounge area is adjacent to the kitchen with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening out to the extensive balcony, making a seamless transition to alfresco living.
In the main house, you will also find 3 comfortable bedrooms along with a full bathroom, laundry, combustion fire & AC.
The ‘Weekender’ is spacious in design and a perfect spot for the children, grandparents or just some extra guests to hang out, complete with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom, AC, and can sleep up to 6 guests.
The surroundings allow you to enjoy and explore the tranquility of the outdoors. The soft flutter of native birdlife like beautiful Adelaide Rosellas, kangaroos, resident sheep, and occasional visits from Koalas or an Echidna are just some of the wildlife to enjoy.
The property falls on the boundary between Yankalilla & Normanville providing a choice of bakeries, cafes, hotels and grocery and medical facilities. Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township of Normanville is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean, with clear water and fine white sand making it a very popular beach for families.

This house has a strict no Party Policy
Location: Willson Drive, 3 minutes drive from the township of Normanville and local beaches.
Bed Configuration: Sleeps 13 guests 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
Main house 3 bedrooms: 2 x queen & 1 x tri-bunk – sleeps 7 guests.
Weekender: 1 x double & 2 x bunks – sleeps 6 guests.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms are located in each area including a bath in the main house.
Facilities: Two dwellings, open plan kitchen, dining and living, induction cooking, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine, multiple flat-screen TVs, free Wifi, 6 burner bbq, laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer.
Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle split system to both living areas, evaporative cooling to main house bedrooms, combustion wood heater & ceiling fans.
Pets: No pets.
Fenced: Rural surroundings & enclosed with rural fencing.
Special Features: Views are incredible. Large residence with ample space, alfresco dining, and multiple living areas offering free Wifi.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets, towels, and tea towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. Prior ordering is essential
