H2M Echeverria is our 3-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 8 people. It features 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, parking(26m2), high-speed Wi-Fi, and A/C in the living room.

Our vacation apartment Tomas de Echeverría is located in the Huelin area, just 150 meters from the beach and the Antonio Banderas promenade. The María Zambrano AVE station is about a 10-minute walk away. You will also find numerous restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, and even a gym and spa nearby.

The apartment has 3 complete bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate up to 8 people, one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with a pull-out bed. There is an additional bathroom with a shower. The spacious living-dining room has a seating area and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, washing machine, etc.

The apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi (100 MB), air conditioning in the living room (fans will be provided for the different rooms during the summer months), parking for one vehicle, a hairdryer, and an iron.

Extras

The crib has an additional cost of €5 per day.The baby kit (crib, bath + high chair) costs €10 per day.

There is also the option to request in-person check-in at the apartment for an extra charge of €50.

Please note

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 hrs. Key collection takes place at the office on the day of check-in until 21:00 hrs, with personalized assistance if needed or if you have any questions.The keys will be available for self-check-in outside starting at 21:00.

You can leave your luggage at our office located at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia No. 6 (Málaga).

Check-in can be done online or in person at our office. Please, if you choose to do it in person (recommended), don’t forget to arrive early, as all guests over 16 years old will need to sign the mandatory police registration.

We remind you that we will ask for a refundable deposit by credit card upon your arrival.

We enjoyed the apartment, neighborhood and beach. The appt was clean and well appointed. With the exceptions of first entering the building/appt it was a great experience. Entering the appt., especially from the garage for the first time involved unmarked doorways, too many keys and a very small elevator. It was also strange to have an AC system on a 4 hr timer.

In order to recuperate the keys of the premisses we had to choice one pay a taxi from the airport to the office of the locater which is at least at 4km from the appartment and pay another taxi to go to the appartment that we have rented. or Meet the locator at the appartment and pay 30 euro to recuperate the keys. It would have been normal to recuperate the keys at the appartment free of charge.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ensoleillé.La prise en charge des clés a été simple et nous avons été très bien reçus L’appartement est très bien placé, dans un quartier animé, proche de la plage et le centre de Malaga est à 20 minutes à pied.Concernant l’appartement, nous étions 5, il est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il dispose d’un parking, ce qui est un plus lorsque vous avez un véhicule comme c’était notre cas.Le seul bémol concernant cet appartement, c’est l’isolation phonique notamment pour la chambre parentale qui se trouve au dessus de la terrasse d’un restaurant et pour lequel le vitrage simple vous fait passer de mauvaises nuits, si vous êtes sensibles au bruit…La restitution des clés en fin de séjour est simple.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment in Malaga. The apartment was spacious and plenty large enough for 5 adults. Very nice location close to restraunts and the beach. The parking space was ideal, because parking in Malaga is no joke. The airconditoning failed a few times, but over all kept us cool enough. Luis was a nice help with the communication during any problems. The refridgerator was broken and should be fixed, I hope for the next guests that it has been replaced. Over all a very nice holiday!

The apartment was huge. More than I needed but I wanted that neighborhood. It was a great location. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. 2 minute walk to the beach. Great little cafe for my morning coffee.
