Magdalene House is a wonderful, detached house resting in Louth, Lincolnshire. Hosting three bedrooms, including two king-size and one small double, along with a shower room and cloakroom, this property can sleep six guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside there is on-street parking and an enclosed courtyard with furniture. Magdalene House is an impressive property, a stone's throw away from Louth's amenities and attractions, and the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Note: Roadside parking is available on a casual basis and nearest (paid) carparks are Newmarket, Kidgate and St Mary's Mount (off Bridge St).
Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, Coffee Machine, Fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TVs (x 2), DVD player (+ selection of DVDs), Wifi. Dedicated workspace/s. Wonderful selection of books. Small fully enclosed paved courtyard with patio table/chairs/bench. Decorated at Christmas. Supplied: bedlinen, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, picnic accessories, books, games, puzzles, patio furniture. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Dedicated paid parking space 50 yards away (please organise with the owner). Roadside parking is available on a casual basis and nearest (paid) carparks are on Newmarket, Kidgate and St Mary's Mount (off Bridge St). £350 housekeeping bond. Note: the flagstones in the passageway & courtyard can be slippery in bad weather and there are raised steps to the front door. Note: The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental only, not for use
