There is access to an outside space from the 1st floor where you will find comfortable seating under a shaded area, a beautifully landscaped backyard, and outdoor shower to rinse off. Relax around the fire pit and enjoy a cocktail or 2! Inside, at the top of the interior staircase you will find a large open great room with a well appointed kitchen. Prep your catch on the large island with a beautiful waterfall top and a spacious 5 foot long kitchen sink. HUGE picture windows look out over old town beaming natural light into this great space.
