Fijne medewerkers

De medewerkers die daar werken zijn zo behulpzaam en denken met je mee ik kon niet op tijd inchecken maar dit was geen probleem. Ik kreeg en woning met en code en zo kon ik laat op de avond inchecken. De locatie was top en je had keus uit meerdere zwembaden wat voor de kinderen erg fijn is

2persoonsbed was heel erg wiebelig maar voor de rest was het en prima accomodatie

Kaikkea muuta kuin mitä rentouttavalta lomalta voit lapsen kanssa toivoa.

Sijainti on ihan hyvä. Ja lämpimät altaat.

Asiakaspalvelussa, siisteydessä, henkilökunnassa ja lupauksissa on TODELLA PALJON parannettavaa!!! Asunto 202 vilisi ja kuhisi isoja torakoita ja siitäkö se loma oli kiva aloittaa tyttären kanssa. Samalla tajuta et asunto on paskainen kaikista kulmista, verhojen takaa/ylhäältä, WC tilat likaisia, karvoja, tyhjiä wc-paperi rullia lattialla, katon rajassa paksuja pölyseitti kerroksia, jääkaapin ympärillä vanhaa likaa ja roskiksen alla tuhansia pieniä muurahaisia. Tämä oli ala-arvoisin majoitus kokemus Espanjassa n.30v matkustamisen jälkeen. Ikinä ei oo näin likaista ja torakoita täynnä olevaa asuntoa ollut. Ja toimistoon mennessä kertomaan tilanteesta virkailijan väheksyvä asenne oli erittäin loukkaava. Se, että pitää lomalla alkaa korottaa ääntään ja vaatia asiakkaana uutta puhdasta asuntoa lapsen kanssa veti sanattomaksi. Vasta siinä vaiheessa kun sanoin etten poistu toimistosta ennen kuin saadaan lapsen kanssa puhdas ja torakka vapaa asunto sekä teen päivityksen sosiaalisen median alustoille Alfrosco Stayn henkilökunnan erittäin epäammattimaisesta palvelusta niin pitkin hampain annettiin uuden asunnon avaimet ja jäätiin n.5h ulos odottaa et vihdoin ja viimein sais matkatavarat uuteen asuntoon. No oliko uusi asunto sitten parempi no.25B? Juu siinä suhteessa et ei näkynyt enään torakoita, mut lattiat pesin vielä ja likaisen jääkaapin. Samalla myös tajusin et tämä uusi asunto on kaikista meluisin ja aivan A-7 moottoritien reunassa, joten se siitä rentouttavasta lomasta ja unista. Väsyneenä en jaksanut tehdä asialle enään mitään ja nyt miettinyt et oli varmaan viimeinen kerta kun kyseiseen paikkaan menen. Yli 30 reissua tehnyt Espanjaan ja piti 2024 lapsen kanssa kokea tällainen kokemus. Sanattomaksi veti, mut asiaa en tähän jätä. Samalla Club la costan alueella olen 7 kertaa ollut ja nyt mietin et seuraava reissu syyskuussa ystävien kanssa on pakko ottaa majoitus jostain muualta jos tämä painetaan villasella ja kaikki nostaa kädet ylös. Very good

Great location to Fuengirola, The pools to Use are a wee bit of a walk up some hills, but in saying that the pools were very good and well kept as were all of the grounds.

Superb

Great location, lovely views and a nice apartment.

The air-conditioning wasn't working in the small room. The management didn't fix the air-conditioning in the week we were there but they did provide extra blankets.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

The view was really good from our apartment and the general area was lovely with a wide variety of facilities.

It was quite far from the nearest big supermarket and some local restaurants/town so a car would be useful. We also had some problems receiving our deposit back. It took a month to get our it back despite a lot of communication with the company and this is caused us a lot of stress.

emergency phone number no one answers. the kitchen is Very poorly equiped.there are missing cutlery, glasses etc.there was no kettle or working toaster. the door to the terase was broken and took them 2 days to be fixed. we basicky lived in the open house because the terase is shared with two others Apartments.

A/c in one of the room did not work but in fairness it did not bother me that much.

Exceptional

We loved all about the apartments they were comfortable. Communication it was excellent. We had a person injured and I felt the concerns were address atm that guest is dealing directly with office.

I personally dont think there was something I disliked. Location was perfect lots of places to eat near the beach and the Airport. There was some very good restaurants 5 minutes walk from our apartment.

unfortunately wouldn’t stay again

Our 2 bed apartment was located at the back of this very large resort, it’s is very hilly, steep and not overly child friendly. when booking I wasn’t made aware that the apartment we booked via Booking.com was a private let.

The property is exactly a 2km walk to the strip of Fuengirola and not in Malaga as previously advertised. it has recently been renamed, used to be called Club La Costa, it requires a step walk down & up hill across a bridge over a busy motor way to get to Fuengirola strip, the apartment is dated and need of some refurbishment. it is not serviced, a clean is available at an additional cost of 70euro. this was requested and not provided as cleaners where too busy. the apartment was not beside a swimming pool, again allocated pools depending on which apartment you stay in. the most popular pool was 0.5km walk up and down step hills which was difficult in the heat with small children. no issue for adults. waking around the resort was not very safe as not many paths. they do offer a train service at times however takes almost 60 mins to travel from one side to the other due to the 17/18 stops.

No toilet paper and ants

Reception should be open till 6 pm, But they closed the reception before 6 pm. Very hard to find the key. Hundreds of ants. No toilet paper. Reception told us that we would buy toilet paper at near mart and kill the ants using bugs drug by ourselves. :( Service needs to be improved.

picking up the keys always a problem. No reception. the place is hidden. no signs for collecting point / staff some days respond and other days they respond very late .

Perfect location. Floor was not as clean as expected. Outside umbrella missing. Overall it was good with an 8/10 marks.

Disappointing

The appartment is newly refurbished. Furniture seems to be completely new, the sofabed is comfy, there is a washing machine.

1. It is NEXT to a busy HIGHWAY! 'Next' means ca. 10 metres, just behind the green fence. There is a big NOISE burden, I measured around 70 dB at all times, day and night. (Fyi WHO defines noise above 65 dB as noise pollution.). I believe one has to be informed about such important fact. 2. Info in the offer is MISLEADING. There were no pictures of this appartment stated in the offer (just different pictures of different appartments offered by the company). 3. When you open the exact location through the link on Booking, the google maps show slightly different location, a sufficient distance from the highway. 4. There is a weak to no operator signal and we didnt receive the wifi password before our arrival. Someone from the company sent us the password upon request. 5. You don't meet anybody, you can just chat (maybe talk) to someone online. It is all anonymous. Our plea for some less busy place was not even answered. 6. Parking space is not exclusive which means that if you don't find some parking space nearby, you might carry your luggages quite far (hilly terrain and stairs).

Apartment well equipped with nice views

Location was perfect to enjoy a break by the beach. pools are also fantastic and the apartment is located in a really beautiful and peaceful resort.
