This property is a duplex with no shared spaces, except for the 2-car driveway. The unit features excellent WiFi, a speaker, and a smart TV. Please note, we do not allow parties or events. Located in a family-oriented neighborhood, we ask that noise levels be kept down after 10pm. We've put great effort into making the house comfortable and inviting for our guests, and we kindly ask that you respect the space. If something breaks, please let us know so we can fix it promptly.

HVAC Rules:
AC: If you would like it cooler in your rental, please allow a few hours for the air conditioner to stabilize by gradually lowering the temperature by 2 degrees each hour, placing the fan on AUTO, and keeping doors/windows closed. This helps prevent the AC from malfunctioning due to the intense Texas heat. Ensure the temperature is not set below 68 degrees when cooling.
HEATING: Please do not heat the house above 76 degrees as this will cause strain on the heating system. Please keep doors and windows closed as often as possible. If the temperature falls below 32 degrees outside, please allow all indoor faucets to drip and keep all cabinet doors open.
