Located in Seacrest Beach, Sandy Cheeks features a spacious 3-story home accommodating a total of 16 guests. This newly renovated 4 bed / 4 bath home has more than enough room for entertaining, taking relaxing naps, and watching movies after a long day at the beach. If you're looking for the perfect vacation home, This is it!

On the first floor you'll find the main living, kitchen and dining room and a King guest bedroom with a detached full bathroom. Traveling up to the second story you have a King Master ensuite, and a Queen bunk room that sleeps 8ppl, Twin hall bunks and a hall bathroom. Both bedrooms have private outdoor patios to sit and relax! Continuing to the third floor there is a beautiful King master ensuite with a private balcony where you can bask in the sun in peace, an office space and a large outdoor patio which is great for gathering and enjoying the ocean breezes!

Sandy Cheeks has a lot to offer! Prime location just 350 yards to the private beach access and just across the street to the large resort style community pool. Bring your friends and family and don't miss out on this vacation of a lifetime!

I would highly recommend Sandy cheeks. great home in great location. the pool was wonderful. the beach area was awful! I have never been to a beach that was so crowded. That area of Florida needs to change their laws about private beaches. We went to Inlet beach 2 days and it was great and not crowded.

Loved the location, excellent house! Worked great for a big group! Highly recommend! The management staff were attentive and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going great. Excellent service!

Denise was great to work with and always available to answer questions. The home is great for a large family and perfect location. I would highly recommend. I do recommend if you are coming with a large family or group you might need to bring an extra large pot or pans from your kitchen. I was glad I brought my slowcooker/crockpot.

The house was clean, nice, in a great location, and had plenty of beds to house our large group. Management was great- checked in every day just make sure we were all set. Would book again!

House was convenient to everything and close to beach. It was clean and up to date. Information regarding door code was incorrect on email and caused some issues when we arrived very late on our check in day. Also- we were not provided ahead of time with bike codes which created a delay in being able to use

The house was great. We had a large group and felt that the living room was a little small for all of us. (12 adults and kids) but the rooms were for the most part spacious. The master bathrooms door was broken the whole time, kept coming of its track and getting stuck which was annoying. The location is great, it’s close to rosemary beach. The beach we had access to was extremely busy, which was stressful with a lot of little kids to watch. Check in was a little difficult. Our codes did not work. The manger tried to help us over the phone but was only able to give us a code for the back door. So we couldn’t go in and out of the house with a code through the front door throughout our stay. This would have been fine except the back door can only be accessed by going through one of the bedrooms. And since cars need to be parked in the back you’d have to go through the back door to get to a car without disturbing someone in the bedroom. So every time we walked to the beach we had to go through the back door leaving sand as we walked through the bedroom into the living area. Overall is was a good place to stay for this vacation. But might look for a less busy beach access next time. We left some items there that the manager kindly offered to send to us.

Property Description and photos provide a very accurate representation. Beds were comfortable, rooms are spacious, and bathrooms clean and sanitized. All appliances worked well. Property management was very responsive and helpful; went the extra mile for us in regards to extra window shades and a vacuum. The kitchen and eating area is especially nice for a large group. We were 6 adults and 8 children (ages 3-12) and we cooked most meals. The location is most convenient! The home is right next to the main entrance and across the street from main beach access point. Also a very short walk to the shopping and restaurant areas of Seacrest and Alys. And of course only a bike ride away from Rosemary. We all had a great time.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sandy Cheeks. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and the house was beautiful. The issues we had were with the customer service and lack of items that were provided. The community pool was closed all 5 days we were there which was very unfortunate and frustrating. The front door code did not work during our entire stay. Even after mentioning it to the property manager it was not fixed so we had to come in the back door the whole trip. Only 2 trash bags and 1 paper towel roll were provided for our 5 night stay which was not nearly enough. They have no spices or anything like that so bring all your own. There were various pieces of uninstalled hardware on shelves and in drawers throughout the house making it difficult with small children. The tram was up to a 15 minute wait many times so we ended walking to the beach most of the time. The beach was very crowded throughout our stay with 5-6 rows of chairs.

Rosemary Beach is just beautiful and the home appeared to be recently remodeled - felt brand new. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Right across the street from the pool and super close to the beach. If you go, make sure you book beach chairs VERY early (months before if you are traveling during the busy season). Also recommend getting a pool chair at or before 9am each day.
