You deserve a beach vacation, and this beautifully updated, second-floor studio condo fits the bill perfectly. First stop – your balcony with a lovely view of Carillon Lake. Grab a frosty beverage out of the fridge in your large kitchenette and toast your good luck at booking the perfect escape. When you’re settled in, slip into your swimsuit and head downstairs to the shared pool and hot tub. If you can’t wait for the sand, you're just 400 steps away thanks to private resort walkover #7. And best of all, a free beach set-up of two chairs and an umbrella are included in your stay!

When you return in the evening, relax in the central AC while you prepare dinner – there’s a two-burner stovetop, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. Rather eat out? No problem – tons of restaurants are a short drive away. At the end of the night, get comfy on the sofa and watch a little TV before bed, but don’t stay up too late – sunrise is gorgeous on that beach.

THINGS TO KNOW
Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.
This home includes pre-rented 2 beach chairs and umbrella from March thru end of October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We had never been to Carillon Beach and loved the community/location. Beach and pool access was great, LOVED having the daily chairs and umbrella. I didn’t realize the laundry was located on a different floor and was coin operated. The kitchen sink is tiny - smaller than the plates. I was surprised that there wasn’t a oven.There was sand on the counter and floor when we arrived, but I guess that is the nature of being at the beach. We would definitely return to the area but next time we would choose something besides the condos - the building is dated and not well kept. All the other buildings and houses in Carillon Beach seemed clean and well cared for.

If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway this one is for you! The house is decorated so cute and very close to the beach. On property is a great general store. We rented 2 bikes for the weekend, which made the trip to the beach less than 5 minutes. We should’ve brought a backpack cooler but CVS is very close. The beach access is in a gated area, which meant the beach wasn’t crowded. The chair service was a nice plus! We enjoyed the view of the lake while we enjoyed our morning cup of coffee. We got some food at Publix which is very close. We had dinner at Lake Powell Pizza and lunch at the Little Beach Cafe. Both are on property and very good food and service. On our last night we tried to go out for dinner at the Rosemary Beach area but both restaurants had a 2-hour wait time. Super cute area but extremely busy. Next time we’ll make reservations. Overall great experience and really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend.

This property was perfect for hubby and I. The decor and layout provided total relaxation for our stay. The perk was a very short walk to the beach and having beach service put this property over the top. Thank you for providing a very nice place for us to enjoy. We will definitely be back!!

We truly enjoyed this property/our stay and were very impressed with the speedy replies that we received from Vacasa regarding any issues/questions. While the rental unit could use some updating (especially in the shower/bathroom area), we will definitely be staying again. Great for a small family/toddler.

We are locals and we love to stay at Carillon Beach Inn every September for our anniversary. It's such a nice area and we love the restaurants. Our rooms have always super nice and clean. We may not wait until September to gi back, we may go sooner.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a quieter place to stay so we could just relax and sit on the beach, this place was perfect. The downtown area was under construction so I can’t really comment on that, but the pizza at Lake Powell pizza was amazing. The room was very clean and had everything we needed including an amazing view of the pond. If you plan on visiting any other beach or dining options, you will need a car, but that was worth it to us since we wanted a quiet stay, away from night life. If we’re ever in the area, we’ll be staying here again.

Checked in on Sunday, called no cable TV no internet. Monday we have internet still no cable. Go to the beach and ask for the 2 rental chairs included in the listing, told they aren't on the list. Complained and never got a response. Tuesday complained still no cable, they have called service, but never told me till I called again, still no beach chairs. Never got cable or beach chairs the entire stay and no one seems to care but me.

This wonderful area is an excellent location! Close to everything and less traffic. The beaches are truly perfect and there are many accesses to the beach. Pools are the property are wonderful as well! Highly recommend!

We loved Carillon Beach! The area was perfect! Quiet, not crowded. About 5 miles from Panama City Beach and 30 miles to Destin. Publix right across the street was convenient. Swimming pools were nice, but nothing compares to the beach. Having the private beach and the designated chairs and umbrella was enough to make us want to book here again!

Awesome location with multiple pools at the condo on site! Walking distance to beach! Great view. Pre-rented chairs on the beach were an unexpected plus. A few cons were the master bed had no mattress protector and I had bad allergies to something in or near the master bedroom. There was also a previous water leak in the bathroom ceiling that may have mold growing behind the drywall…not sure why my allergies were so bad in that room but this was my suspicion.
