A 10-minute walk from the American Beach, wild and preserved from excessive tourism
The beaches of Fautea or Pinarellu are a few minutes by car (sailing school, diving club, boat rental)
15 minutes from the Cavu Valley and its natural pools with turquoise and crystalline waters
Close to the splendid site of the needles of Bavella (mountain hiking, canyoning ...)

Well equipped American kitchen: fridge / freezer (+ 2nd fridge / freezer in the pantry), dishwasher, microwave, juicer, multi-purpose blender, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc…
The night part consists of 6 independent rooms :
Bedroom 1: master suite with King Size bed (180 x 200), TV, desk, shower room and separate toilet – access to a private terrace

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
Cleaning costs and linen included.
Deposit : 2500€. The deposit will be returned after inventory of fixtures.
Equipment for 1 baby: high chair + 4 children's chairs and 1 trip trap, baby cot (on request)
Tourist tax: the maximum amount of the tourist tax is € 3.10 per person per day. This amount will be readjusted according to the number of confirmed people staying in the accommodation in accordance with the rules in force.
