About this cabin rental
Enjoy the Smoky and Blue Ridge Mountains in a beautiful luxury log home, on 1.4 wooded acres, where you can relax in a private and tranquil setting, enjoying spectacular mountain views, wildlife, nature and amazing sunrises, just minutes from hiking, golf, restaurants and shops. With an elevation of 3700’, beauty can be seen from its many windows and large porch area where you can enjoy the views in the comfort of the rocking chairs, while unwinding in the hot tub in the adjoining gazebo, or from the fire pit, where you can make s’mores and your enjoy favorite libation.
Step inside the ~2,000 square feet retreat and warm up in front of the stone gas fireplace in the vaulted ceiling great room, with a comfy leather sectional and 50” Smart TV. Also on the first floor is a large bedroom with king bed, and en suite bathroom, with double sinks and large glass enclosed shower. There is also a powder bath, and full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to make meals at home, and you can even grill out on the porch with a full-size Weber gas grill. There is a dining room table that seats six and a bar area that seats three.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two queen beds. A bathroom with bathtub/shower is conveniently located between the two bedrooms. In addition, there is a loft area with space for playing board games or puzzles, a Pac Man Arcade, and a desk, just in case you can’t fully disconnect from work.

100 Stallion Ridge is amazing. The home is well organized and stocked with everything you may want in your home. Its private yet has a stunning view to the valley. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The hot tub has its own corner under a gazebo and fun. Its got a nice garage where you can park. The drive up is fun too. Overall a very nice getaway and felt like a home away. We took our parents and they were more than comfortable. To improve : can keep the front deck dust free before arrival, fix the hot tub so all nozzles work and create a easy path to get to outdoor fireplace. That said we would sure visit here again.

We spent a long weekend here. The house was very clean, easy to access, and absolutely beautiful. The set up was great for a family with two young kids. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Loved the property. Had everything we needed. Jacuzzi was nice and worked well, grill was good as well.
Only downfall is the trash situation. If you’re checking out on Sunday, take the trash out early on Saturday.

We had an amazing stay at Stallion Ridge cabin. First of all, the cabin is incredibly clean and well stocked. The beds were so comfortable, the views were amazing, and the hot tub was great! This will be the only cabin we rent going forward.

Stallion Ridge is a beautifully set cabin on the property with spectacular views. Immaculate inside and out. The owner is responsive and on top to make sure all of our expectations were met. Fabulous mini vactation. Highly, highly recommend to all!

This was definitely a 5-star experience! We loved everything about the property and look forward to staying here again. The owners were outstanding to work with! I can't even BEGIN to describe how amazing this place is!!! The pictures don't even do it justice. The view is spectacular, the house impeccable, and the host is beyond thoughtful with what he supplies in the house and his communication. I rented this cabin as a present for my mother's 80th birthday and we beyond celebrated it in comfort and style. My daughter, my mom and myself can't even begin to put into words the magical time we had and the memories we made. We will DEFINITELY be coming back again! It was more then i could ever ask for in a place and in a special moment in time for celebrating my moms birthday!

The cabin is exceptionally well cared for and clean. It is larger than the photos make it look. The hosts are communicative and go the extra mile to create a five star experience down to the quality of linens. We look forward to the next time we are in the area and can stay at this amazing cabin again.

My mom, daughter, niece and myself had a fabulous girls getaway at Stallion Ridge! We could not have asked for a more beautiful cabin! It was spotless, had everything we needed, the hot tub was wonderful and relaxing, the view was gorgeous and we enjoyed “Maggie Mimosas” on the porch, it was an easy and beautiful drive up the mountain on the paved road, and the list goes on and on! We did have a visit from a bear and just couldn’t believe our luck seeing one in their own environment! Sent a video to the owners as well! We saw elk as we rode through some country roads where we had seen them previously…2 moms, both with a baby each! We hid painted rocks from a prior family! Such a fun and exciting trip! And a truly beautiful place to stay! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven!

From the moment we stepped in the cabin we were impressed. It was everything and more than we imagined. We initially noticed the amazing views. Breathtaking. Lots of porch time in our future. Then as we checked out the cabin we noticed the cleanliness and match to online pictures and description. As our stay progressed we appreciated the thoughtfulness scattered throughout the cabin - shampoo/soap, labels for washing machine pods, towels for the hot tub. It is special when you book a property that has both an amazing place and top-notch host. This is one of them. I encourage you to book this property-just not the week we want to go back!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Stallion Ridge. It was just as described and more. The house is very comfortable and the view of Maggie Valley and the sounding mountains was spectacular. I could look out there forever !! View changes constantly. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Questions were answered very promptly and he was always available for assistance. Even small things like we asked if there was a muffin pan there and he ordered one and had it delivered before we arrived. I would highly recommend this vacation getaway !!!

It is a beautiful place to meet family and have a quality time together. The scenery is beautiful and the house comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook nice meals, it was comfortable for relaxing and just enjoying each other, beds were comfortable, as were the bathrooms...and oh my gosh, the hot tub was perfect. Just sitting and visiting on the porch which overlooks the mountains was spectacular. Wildlife abounds in the area. It was a really nice place.

Stallion ridge is the perfect vacation home! The property was beautiful and the home was spacious. The beds were much more comfortable than other rental properties we’ve stayed in. The house had everything you would need and was very clean, which was a top priority for our stay. As for the location, it felt private and secluded but still easy to access and close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Stallion Ridge Retreat. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Lots of places to go & things to do within a reasonable distance. I loved the silence of the location every evening & morning. No sounds except nature!! It was cool, so we enjoyed the fireplace every time we were in the cabin! The gas grill was great & the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. I highly recommend!

Our family had a great stay at this cabin and recommend for both families or couples. The location can't be beat and this is why we stay in this area year after year. Trips to Waynesville, Asheville, Sylva, Cherokee, Smoky Mountain National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway. Max Patch, Cataloochee Elk Viewing, and Bryson City are all within very reasonable distance. Very convenient to grocery and shopping in Waynesville. Very nice view. Quiet! One of the quietest cabins we have stayed in. Very clean throughout. Private bedrooms. Lots of space to spread out and relax. Hot tub worked perfectly and gas grill was top notch. Also has a garage for one car, which was nice. The check in process was simple and we had absolutely no issues. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay! We made memories.

The cabin and view are more beautiful in person than in the online pictures. Our family of five enjoyed watching the sunrise from the front deck, cooking meals in the large kitchen, sitting by the fireplace, relaxing in the hot tub, making s’mores at the fire pit, and many nearby activities. I would highly recommend this cabin for your next vacation.

The cabin was beautiful, very clean, and the quality of the furniture and appliances were amazing. The hot tub was clean. Everything was labeled with directions for things if needed. There is nothing bad to say about this cabin! It was absolutely perfect to get away with our family. It was impeccably clean and well maintained. All of the furniture is comfortable and sturdy. The Wi-Fi was great for watching movies as a family. The kitchen had everything we needed, the grill was great too! The hot tub was roomy and relaxing. And last but definitely not least, the view is something you can’t forget, We will definitely come back to Stallion Ridge. Thank you Kirk and Lisa for an amazing family vacation!!!

My family enjoyed an amazing week at this beautiful mountain house. The deck, the views and being so close to so many great attractions means we’ll be back! Plus the weather was 10-20 degrees cooler than Charlotte NC!

The check in process was very informative and easy to access and understand. The cabin was extremely amazing and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect family getaway to unwind and enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors. There was one very little hiccup with the cable tv but Mr. Kirk had it fixed the next morning.
