About this house rental

The Condor Nest is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, plus loft with a queen sleeper couch. Over 2300 sq. ft. private home in delightful downtown Dunedin! Front and back porches. Less than a five-minute walk from downtown’s-breweries, shops, parks, restaurants and marina. We also have the waterfront at the end of our street and incredible sunsets along historical Victoria Drive. Jump on the Pinellas biking trail (45 miles) across the street and explore our great little town! Also, a short drive or trolley ride to Caladesi Island or Clearwater Beach. New heated pool opening January 2024!

This house was perfect for our family stay in Dunedin! It has a very spacious, open floor plan with large bedrooms and plenty of room to relax both indoor and outdoor. And the private pool was a bonus. It was walking distance to Dunedin's many restaurants, shops, coffee spots and breweries. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again!

This place is a gem! The property is in impeccable condition too. The owners take a lot of pride to make the stay amazing. This is our 4 year staying and every time it’s an improvement! Can’t wait to go back next year.

We had a fantastic stay in Dunedin. The condo had everything you could ask for and its location is just perfect. The downtown Dunedin vibe was amazing and offered lots of fun things to do. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

We stayed 2 weeks in this lovely home. We were very close to the Pinellis trail, which was great. We rented bikes and used them quite a bit. Walkable area. Close to many restaurants and 3-5 blocks from the main Dunedin area. A block from the ocean with a residential road to walk on to see the sunset. The home itself was very spacious. There is a front and back porch. We used the back porch every day. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Main bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs. Updated kitchen. The owner’s were wonderful. Quick response to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay- great location, generous space for 2 generational ( plus pets) stay. The new pool will be a great addition with a bit warmer weather. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

The house has a wonderful layout with plenty of space to move around and enjoy different activities. Lovely kitchen with room to feed many and love the family area and ping pong table. On the same floor. Screened porch with tv was a nice bonus. We had various family members over the holiday and so much fun with all the great space. Walked to the pier and along the Pinellas trail daily and so close to great restaurants and shops. A real gem.

The Cordors Nest did not disappoint! We were 3 couples celebrating a 50th birthday. House was immaculate, perfect location to restaurants and breweries, and had everything we needed, including a grill, for a family style dinner. House was very spacious and all beds were comfortable. The owner was awesome and responded to questions immediately, even following a hurricane. We will be back!!

The home was very spacious, it had a great kitchen to cook in, and a nice kitchen island and dining room table for the family. The screened-in porch was really nice and comfortable, a perfect place to sit while having our morning coffee. The ping pong table in the den was really fun, and there was a large TV for us to watch at night. The home was in a great location- quick drive to the beautiful beach of Honeymoon Island, and an easy walk into town. We enjoyed walking on Victoria Drive in the evenings to watch the sunset. Our family really enjoyed our stay, and would come back and stay here again!

Beautiful and roomy home in fantastic location. Convenient to Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island (great shelling!). Easy walk to downtown Dunedin shops, restaurants and breweries. One block off Panellis Trail, which the kids loved biking. You can take a picturesque stroll along the waterfront, less than a block from the house. House has both a comfortable front porch and screened-in back porch. The ping pong table was a great amenity that kept the kids entertained (and off their screens) when we weren’t outside. We will definitely return!

Relaxing place to stay and convenient to bike trail and downtown restaurants. The house was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen necessities. Highly recommend.

The size of the home was very spacious, the rooms were large, a great kitchen to cook with family and sit along the kitchen island and a table to sit at with at least 6 people. Screened-in porch with comfortable cushioned chairs, ping pong table in the den, and large TV to watch sports and Netflix. The location was fantastic, to walk into town, and rent bicycles from kafe racers for the Pinellas Trail. Walk down the street and you will catch beautiful sunsets on Victoria Drive. Also, a hot tub is available under the unit, and a bbq to utilize with utensils. I would come back again and stay at this beautiful home. The communication was excellent with the owner, for check-in & out. Five Stars.

House is beautiful and very spacious! I loved all of the greenery surrounding the property as it made the house feel private and like we were on a tropical vacation. Location is great for getting downtown, to the water, or to the trail. This house is the second one off of Broadway which is a busy street so you will hear traffic and some noise from brewery next door but it was not very disruptive to us. House was a bit dusty on shelves and windows, but nothing that would deter us from coming back. Kitchen was also not the best stocked when it comes to knives, silverware and bowls/Tupperware so plan accordingly. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful and spacious. Great amenities-we had a lot of fun playing ping pong, kitchen is great for cooking with plenty of room for gathering too. Perfect location to walk to the restaurants, bars and breweries. I would definitely recommend this home and would love to return when we travel with friends.

Nice property within walking distance of town center. The house was super clean, well appointed, comfortable and exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Check in and out was also very smooth. We will book this house again next time we visit Dunedin.

Great kitchen, bring your own knives (only found 1) but everything else well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Great location, short stroll to pier and the town cannot be more charming. Nearby beaches were super. Owners are very nice.
