Discover the relaxed charm of our coastal village at Seaside at Sandbridge. Located just one block from the Atlantic Ocean, this spacious condo features a shared swimming pool and convenient off-street parking (please note: no elevator). Professionally decorated with coastal and nautical touches, it offers stylish furnishings and all the essentials for a perfect vacation. You'll appreciate the beautiful flooring and elegant granite countertops throughout the space. Dine al fresco on the patio, complete with a picnic table for casual outdoor meals. Modern amenities include a large TV in the living room, smart TVs in each bedroom, a Blu-ray DVD player, surround sound stereo, a full-size washer and dryer, a jetted tub, high-speed WiFi, and two covered decks for relaxing in the sea breeze.

Things to Know
There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place itself was nice, it was spacious, clean, and super quiet. The beach is right across the street. However the experience with check in was not that great. They advised that they would send me a text with all the check in information, but it didn't include the fact that the keys to the apartment building will need to be picked up at a different building altogether. It would have been helpful to include that in the text, I could have saved myself time and trouble.

Visited from Florida and stayed at this location. It was off season which made it easier to rent and it was close to my family. The arrival at the office was pleasant and front desk explained policy and procedures well. There was ample parking. The location was perfect. Accommodations was ok. Dishwasher was not working, hair was found in the sink and linen had pill which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Condo should have been inspected thoroughly. Overall, it was a pleasant 4 night stay.

This condo is spacious, clean and comfortable for relaxing. Loved the amount of cooking utensils and accessories! Just bring your own spices as salt and pepper weren't even there. Super quick 3-min walk to the beach!! And there were so few toiletries - we ran out of toilet paper and Vacasa basically said "it's not a hotel where we bring you extra". One tiny roll of TP per bathroom and no spares?! It's also not very Uber friendly off season. I'd recommend a car so you don't get stuck (and can run to the store if you run out of toilet paper 🙄).

Spacious, beautiful condo. This was a perfect spot to rest and enjoy quiet time as well as easily host a dinner party for some guests.

The property is an easy 1.5 blocks to the beach and comes with a heated pool. The pool is a little small but barely anyone was using it so we had a lot of fun with it. The condo is very clean, comfy and roomy. It came with nice amenities such as dishware, pots and pans, dishwasher packs and laundry detergent. Would stay again!

This condo was perfect. It was my husband and I and 3 kids. It was a close walk to the beach. The pool was wonderful. The kids loved it! Nice and relaxing.

The beach was basically the only thing I loved about this stay..The Rental was definitely not I was expecting. It was not cleaned well .The furniture was dirty the shower curtain and tub was moldy . The dishes were dirty in the cupboards..The sliding doors were very hard to open and the outside furniture was dirty...the refrigerator door would not open hardly ..the suction on the frig was awful....and the left side of the sink kept getting clogged....whenever the people upstairs ran water there was a loud popping sound in the walls...couldn't get much sleep due to all the noise upstairs..I've been to sandbridge a few times and I wouldn't rent this condo again.
