Spacious Home on the Banana River, screened pool, riverfront dock, pontoon boat(available for rent on Boatsetter). Kayaks to explore the mangrove islands, bikes to explore Cocoa Beach.

Manatees, dolphins and Florida wildlife are on full display from our private dock

Space Launches are visible from the dock.

Three King bedrooms with direct pool access and a fourth bunk room with 4 bunks (8 single beds) provides many options for family sleeping arrangements.

1 hour to Disney/Universal

No parties or events are permitted, all vehicles must be parked in the driveway and not on the street.

Additional parking for extra vehicles can be found at Lori Wilson Park

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in the cocoa beach area this place is for you. Located on the water, the kids went fishing and kayaking! Has a big pool and jacuzzi and minutes from the beach. Everyone had a great time, we will definitely return!

House was better than the photos. The room with the bunks is perfect for young adults. All beds were comfortable and the house had all of the beach necessaries. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Owner communication was a 10+. Fishing, kayaks, pool, hot tub, grill were all used. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking, 2 refrigerators. We have zero complaints.

This house had a very good set up! kids rooms with two bunkbeds, an open space living room and kitchen. Then you have two bedrooms on one side of the house separated by the pool And then a master bedroom in the laundry room on the other side. all 3 rooms have window sliding doors that lead out to the pool. There’s also outside barbecue grill and Tiki hut for eating and drinking, kayaks, fishing rods, ice machine, a rental pontoon boat and separate dock to fish from. It has it all . Definitely staying again. I will treat this like my home away from home. Oh yes, they also have bikes and electric bikes, Tesla charging stations, and wonderful neighbors!

Down in Cocoa Beach for a baseball tournament rented this house instead of a hotel room. Great house for adults kids and anyone that wants to have a good time. It’s well stocked with anything you need. The location is great. The owner is extremely responsive. Kids enjoyed the Lagoon and watching the manatees and dolphins from the dock. Would highly recommend and would again if in the area.

First when getting there somebody was there who wasnt part of our party that i immediately contacted the host about. I was never replied to about it until i figured out who it was later. I was not informed that somebody who was the property manager would be there. There were eletrical issues that affected the master bedroom that were being taken care of. One other major issue i had was out in the pool somebody who came by for an inspection of the pool just appeared without ANY contact from the host that he would be there. For those who wanted privacy you dont really get it with things like that. Very upset that somebody just showed up not fully announced or addressing himself til after i asked. When i showed up the front door D-pad was also dead and took host more than an hr to respond to the issue. Granted i asked the property manager while waiting for his response and was able to figure it out but still. For the price i didnt feel very informed. But place looked very nice and functioned well so i give a 4 star rating.

We had a fantastic time. The property was amazing right on the river, watching the manatees and dolphins from the deck, close to the beach, the kids loved the pool. The optional boat rental was a fantastic option. Oscar, the property manager, was a super nice guy. I can't recommend this property enough for a getaway.

This VRBO was perfect for our family vacation! Very spacious, a lot of amenities, very close to the beach, and the pool was wonderful. Everyone’s favorite part though was being located on the Banana River. We saw dolphins and manatees multiple times every day of our stay! There was nothing better than hanging out on the dock and seeing all of the wildlife. We were also lucky enough to be here during the time of the year that bioluminescence happens on the river so every night we made sure to go out and splash around in the river and watch the water light up!

This was our first VRBO experience and it was wonderful. We had such a great time by the pool, sitting on the dock watching dolphins swim by and our short walk/ride to the beach. When reaching out to the manager, he was quick to respond which we greatly appreciated. Overall it was a a great experience and we would highly recommend.

My family and some extended family had a great week at Manatee Key. The house is in a great location on a quiet neighborhood street but close to all the action - there's an ice cream place in walking distance! Right on the Banana River we spent lots of time on the dock watching dolphins and pelicans and osprey and got lucky enough to see a mantee. The house is very comfortable, clean, new and well appointed with all the kitchen stuff you need, kayaks, beach supplies etc. The kids loved the pool. We rented the pontoon boat for a day to explore the river and it was well worth it!

House was fantastic, just as advertised. Very clean, plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Owner was very helpful with local information. We were able to catch some fish, see a ton of dolphins and even a couple of rocket launches right out the back door on the private dock. Everything you need is provided, kayaks, beach stuff, fishing poles, and stocked kitchen. Definitely would recommend!

The house was in order on arrival. Everything was very nice. There was more available than many properties I have stayed in previously. The bunk room seemed to be a little bit but here in Florida at the end of July it has been incredibly hot. My kids loved the pool and fishing. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the passing boats are all friendly. My kids enjoyed the bioluminescent plankton that happened to visible. Plenty of fish to catch or just float in the pool. Kayaks are available! We had a good time!

We had an amazing time and enjoyed our experience on the East Coast. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. This home was great for entertaining our friends and the boat was an absolute must. Thank you for an awesome experience and memories we will never forget. Your home is amazing!!

This house fit our needs perfectly, it is nice and clean. The inside looks great and plenty of accommodations for water activities are available at no extra charge. Will definitely rent this again, happy to spend the extra money, well worth it.

The house was very nice: simple and classy. It was similar to living in a staged house as opposed to “someone else’s house” which was really nice. It was also on a quiet cul de sac, which was a plus. The bidet in the master bathroom, the rain showers, the kitchen, the separate wings for bedrooms, the pool, the dock, and the kayaks were fantastic. We did see some dolphins and manatees In the river too. Definitely recommend for a low key vacation to unwind and enjoy the sun and water. One note: the mattresses were a little more firm than our liking but the bedding was very comfortable.

This property has it all, pool, right on a canal where we got to see dolphins and manatees swim by. The lay out is great, lots of room for big families. Very modern furniture, amazing showers. House manager was very professional and friendly. Will definitely book again for our next event next year.
