Going Coastal will captivate you with its breezy seaside setting and views of the Atlantic Ocean just across the road.

This spacious, three-level home, located at the secluded north end of Sandbridge Beach, has two separate living areas, cathedral ceilings, and a full kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. As you return home from the beach each afternoon, rinse off in the outdoor shower and kick back on the expansive decks with views of the ocean and exposure on three sides.

Additional amenities include a gas grill, horseshoes, TVs in most rooms (including a big-screen TV), a VCR/DVD player, and free WiFi.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location was great and the house was comfortable except for the master bedroom. It was very damp and musty. The house needs attention and updating. There were several easy repairs that we had to make early in our stay. The customer service number was called to address issues with the refrigerator, but no one came to service the appliance. The 2 TVs in the living areas were impossible to figure out.

We loved being able to hear the sound of the waves and view the ocean from the upstairs floors. There's maybe a little too much ocean/beach paraphernalia and the house could use updating, but the bedrooms were so cozy and comfortable. The porches are wonderful, and the location is ideal. We'd definitely rent again.

Good house for multiple people and pets, excellent location, plenty of room. They've done what they've could to maintain the house like new carpets, andi minor upgrades. That said it's an older beach house and that's ok. We had a great week and the house had what we needed If you're expecting more, look elsewhere and pay more.
