This spacious, family-friendly six-bedroom beach house offers a two-level floor plan with multiple living areas, a large private in-ground pool, a dock perfect for fishing and crabbing, and bay access. Plus, it's just a short walk to the beach via the path directly across the street! With its comfortable and functional layout, A Beach Oasis is ideal for large families or groups vacationing together.

On the upper level, you'll find the great room, which opens up to the kitchen and dining area. The space is bathed in natural light thanks to plenty of windows, and the beautiful wood plank floors add to the beachy charm. Mealtimes are a breeze with two dining tables, countertop seating, and a well-equipped kitchen. After dinner, relax on the plush couches and enjoy a movie on the large wall-mounted LCD TV. The upper level also includes a full hall bath for convenience, three king bedrooms (one being a main suite with a private bath), and a kid-friendly bunk room with two twin/twin bunk beds.

The ground level is packed with fun amenities, including a game room with a large-screen TV, billiards table, foosball, and darts. There’s even an extra table perfect for card or board games. Just off the game room is a full-size refrigerator for extra food and drinks, making it easy to grab a cold beverage or snack while hanging out by the pool. This level also features two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and a bunk room with a twin/double bed), a full hall bath, and a laundry room for added convenience.

Outside, hours of fun await in the in-ground pool, where you'll find plenty of lounge chairs, shaded areas, and even a TV for outdoor entertainment. The dock offers opportunities for fishing and crabbing, and you can spend time exploring the beautiful inlets and canals of Back Bay. In the evening, relax on the west-facing decks and take in stunning sunsets.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great week. The house was perfect for 13 of us ranging from 7 to 74! We enjoyed the pool table and space in lower level. The upper level had large bedrooms. Loved the pool!

The house is perfect for families. Plenty of room, big pool, lots of games. It only took about 4 minutes to walk to the beach with cut throughs right next to the house. House was clean upon arrival. Bring toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags because there were only one of each at the house. Would stay here again!

Loved this house, had a little bit of everything. Pool, gas grill, lots of dishes and pans to cook with, loved it has 2 fridges and a dishwasher, game room, laundry room, chairs everywhere inside and outside. Short walk to the beach, will definitely be back! We had an issue with the keys and Vacasa was on it. We had a great time at a great house!

Our family of 13 (adult children and grandchildren) loved this home with the pool outside, indoor entertainment and ocean just across the way that we even used instacart for our groceries......we literally were on an oasis....loved every second of our stay and our time together!!!! already looking forward to next year!!!

.. got hot and the AC could not keep up. It was in the 90s the week we were here so more extreme, but keep in mind based on when you are coming. . … the dock is a very small (for awareness). … not enough places to sit in the living room except couches and that was tough with a large group. Chairs were not comfortable. Overall house was clean and Vacasa was quick to respond to any concerns.

Our 3 generation family visited Sandbridge for the first time ages 0-66! Pool, darts, puzzles games 3 fridges, close to beach, little ones upstairs adults downstairs. Would love to come back again!

The house was perfect for our 4-generation family vacation (ages 10months to 74). The downstairs was full of games and activities to do. It was a little chilly in the pool, however, the young ones loved it. The beach was so close. Perfect location. The house had so many extras in it, the sample supplies was an extra bonus. I will recommend this house.
