PROPERTY
A LOON'S LOTTERY - Descend down to the former Princess Margaret Lottery cottage where a big entrance warmly welcomes you! Around back, a Rototub (hot tub) looks out to the lake off the lower level patio. A pathway cascades down the back to the waterfront where a firepit with seating for 8 is the best place to gather once the sun goes down! On the water, a newly built, 3 level dock offers parking for 1 boat and 5ft deep water off the end!

Features a pool table that also converts to an air-hockey table, 2 sofa's across from a large TV and walkout access to the screened-in Muskoka Room.

Screened-in Sunspace room featuring a love seat and 2 matching chairs surrounding a coffee table. Walkout access to the Hot Tub and backyard is also featured here.

All properties are outfitted with Jayne's 5-Star Quality White Linens, BBQ, Unlimited Internet/WIFI, Smart Tv(s), Laundry Facilities, Dishwasher, Drip Coffee Maker, Vacuum and Cleaning Supplies.
The linens and turnover fee is $720 per rental
