The house has 2 stories with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom suite downstairs. The master suite has a comfy king bed, bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower and 2 vanities. Walk out onto the private deck with a hot tub that overlooks the crystal blue pool. The second upstairs bedroom boasts a full bathroom and twin beds that are perfect for kiddos. Third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and separate hallway with its own updated full bathroom and door leading out to the backyard and pool.
Minutes walk to downtown San Anselmo and Ross Common. Bike or walk to Phoenix Lake (about 1 mile) and hundreds of miles of breathtaking trails on Mt. Tam. Perfect location for exploring the Bay Area and relaxing in your own private estate close to everything.
