First time at Taos. We are used to Breckenridge. The resort parking lot had potholes and a terrible road getting to it. The condo parking was gravel. It was dark and kind of like going in a hole to get to the entry door of the condo. Overall, the condo was as expected, but has an ant or termite issue. There were ants under the windows in the TV room.

No matter how many space heaters that were provided in the condo, we never warmed up during our stay. We kept our thermal underwear and fleece on the whole time we were inside and were never really warm during the trip. Other than that, the condo was as advertised.

This was fabulous. This property had lots of perks I didn’t expect like free firewood for the whole season, two storage rentals (one for boots, one for skis), coffee, toiletries, cleaning supplies, sleds, etc. The mud room was well thought out and had room for all our gear that we had for skiing. Our small children could walk to TSV base every morning and afternoon and I can’t imagine there are closer 4 bedroom (how we used the space) closer to the base. Everything was well maintained and clean and we would have loved to stay longer. Our van fit (barely) in the carport area, which we were uncertain about before coming. We thought everything was easy to use so we didn’t need to contact management, but would love to see more information in an old fashioned welcome binder—the dumpster was a little unusual to find (look above the recycle bin!). But again, this place was awesome for our family of 9 and Vacasa exceeded our expectations.
