Slow down your busy schedule with a relaxing beach vacation at this classic coastal cottage. With a simple layout, comfortable furnishings, a breezy screened porch, and great beach access, you are sure to feel rejuvenated after your stay! The upper main level of Three Knots has an open great room and a kitchen/dining area, with both kitchen table seating and counter bar seating for your convenience. The ample cabinet storage will allow you to prepare your favorite summer meals and enjoy them on the screened porch while listening to the sound of the crashing waves and soaring seabirds.

Four bedrooms are located on the main level. There is one queen bedroom with a TV, a second queen bedroom, and two bedrooms with two twins each, one with its own TV. Each side of the great room has easily accessible full baths. The lower level offers a great place for older teens or relatives, with outside access to a bedroom that has a queen, a twin/twin bunk, a flatscreen TV, and a Ping-Pong table.

Located in the quiet North end of Sandbridge, Three Knots is a simple and easy choice for your carefree beach vacation! Amenities include flatscreen TVs in the living room and three bedrooms, a screened-in porch, a gas grill, a DVD player, and high-speed WiFi.

This house is spacious! The screened porch is so nice and it has plenty of seating. The "apartment" on the bottom was perfect for our teenager.

This house is a stone's throw from the beach. The beds are horribly uncomfortable, and the house was NOT clean or comfortable when we arrived. VRBO offered to come and clean it while we were staying. They use a 3rd party cleaner and they are not maintaining the property well. The kitchen has no cutting boards for example. It's basically a dump close to the beach! You certainly get what you pay for here! We stayed in an old beach home last year in Sandbridge that was managed by the owners, and thought it was dated, it was extremely clean and well equipt. STAY AWAY FROM VRBO!

The house was an older house and probably within the price range it should be. But it is smaller than is appears in the pictures and the downstairs room is only accessible by walking out of the house. Which is fine except it’s entrance is right next to the place you wash your sand off your feet. Which is hard to keep that rooms floor clean. My low rating of the house was due to a very poor cleaning job. We had to clean the whole house.

Three Knots will meet all the basic beach needs. Provides ocean view with an amazing screened porch. It's tucked in on the quieter north end of Sandbridge. Lots of bedrooms for quests, although there is no interior access between the downstairs and upstairs.
