Welcome to the "Seaduction," your private paradise on South Padre Island! Offering a private heated pool, 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, and accommodating up to 18 guests total - the Seaduction is perfect for large families or groups! A perfectly-situated vacation rental, lies steps from the beach, only a few blocks from the best beach bar on the island, but also only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Just a 4-5 minute walk from the front door to the sand!
The living room has 3 beautiful sofas as well as comfortable chairs with ottomans – plenty of seating! Twelve people can comfortably dine at the beautiful table, while an additional four can sit at the nearby bar. Both upstairs bedrooms have king beds as well as space for comfy seating and TVs. The upstairs bedrooms are both king suites with private bathrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs have access to a shared oversized bathroom with private toilet room. Seaduction's kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, flatware for crowds; all the cooking equipment, utensils you could ask for; and all the regular small appliances one looks for in a nice vacation home. There will be ample room for all your food and beverages in the two full-size refrigerators. There is a propane grill at the property for guest use.
The cheerful atmosphere of this vacation rental home is reflected through the art, photos, and decor from each of these destinations and other tropical inspiration.The Seaduction has a beautiful swimming pool (heated in cooler weather) with plenty of chaise lounges and a dining set on the shaded patio. You will find a shower (hot and cold water) outside as you enter the pool area from the front fence gate. Young children will love the large shallow shelf; a perfect place for the little ones to play while others relax on a nearby lounger. There is a Ping Pong Table in the garage – especially great to have in case of a rainy day!
Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. This property was perfect. The house is very roomy. The property was clean and had all the essential things needed in the kitchen. Plenty of clean towels. Check in and out was extremely easy. We will definitely try to stay at this property again in the future. SPI Rental staff are always quick to respond to questions or concerns. This is our 3rd stay in South padre using SPI rentals, and we plan to use you guys again! Thank you!

We were a family of six adults and four children. We had plenty of space to spread out and the private pool was a lot of fun. We appreciated the outdoor shower after spending time at the sandy beach. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean upon check in. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen could be better equipped. Having cream and sugar for the coffee would have been nice. We really needed scissors but we couldn't find any. The house was perfect for a family reunion, and it was convenient to be walking distance to the beach.

Garage had extra beach chairs which was so helpful, ping pong for the kids, noticed a high chair, & pack and play, also. Bring your own pool toys. Sand buckets, etc.
Adults had comfortable bedrooms, and the kids fit well in the bunk room
all double beds. Large bathroom downstairs for all the kids.
Plenty of room for adults in bedrooms.
Laundry machines are new, worked really well.
Pool was fun for the kids, loads of chairs & tables, which we loved.
Kitchen has lots of dishes, silverware, although, light on cooking pots and large bowls.
No cleaning products, so bring your own.

This House has everything, absolutely beautiful and spacious. We ate our dinners on the second floor porch overlooking the pool. It was very clean, and lots of room for everyone. We asked if the pool could be heated a bit more and immediately within 15-20 minutes someone showed up. The beach was a short walk, our favorite restaurant was also close by. My family enjoyed our stay and will look for this home on our next visit.

Our extended family had a wonderful time at the Seaduction! There was lots of room for us to spread out in the house and plenty of room for us to eat meals together in the large dining room. We really enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach. Definitely recommend!

Seaduction was the most perfect setting for our South Padre getaway. We had 6 adults and 5 children and there was room for more if we had needed. Everything we needed was there and location-wise it was centrally located to all the best restaurants and an easy block walk to the beach. If we return to SPI we will definitely look into renting Seaduction again. Thank you!

Overall a fantastic home and location. We loved how close it was to the beach and other activities. The house was super clean, spacious, the beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed for our five nights. Check in was a tad messy because the key code we were given didn’t work, but they responded quickly and it was fixed right away.

Overall this is a great house and location. Very roomy and proximity to beach is amazing. A little off main road so noise is no issue but easy to get anywhere in town. Only thing was pool cleaning and yard workers came while we were there. Otherwise this would be a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend.

Very nice rental. Really appreciated the decor. Also the balcony and poolside furniture was wonderful. Enjoyed both balconies. We rented for a month so there were some issues but SPI was quick to respond. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing house! Extremely clean, and stocked with everything we needed from cooking to washing, to housekeeping. The realty company we booked it through was very polite, professional and attentive to our needs. We are definitely looking foward to another getaway !

This home was just perfect for our family. We found it to be comfortable and cozy. The space was more than enough for our group of eight. The kids (big and almost big) really enjoyed their many short walks to the beach. We would recommend this property as an awesome choice for a place to enjoy your stay.

The family and I traveled to south padre for my husband's birthday. When i tell you this beach house exceeded my expectations. There was plenty of space. The house is decorated so nicely. Walking distance to the beach(but we drove which was probably about 1-2min away).
Not to mention the pool was so nice and warm. My family Lovedddddddddd this beach house. My husband wants to come back again in August lol!!!

This house is beautiful and very spacious! We loved our stay here! The house was clean, there were lots of spots to sit and relax, and the heated pool was amazing! It's a very short walk to the beach. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

My main reason for reserving the property was that it had a heated pool but the heating device was broken. Kids tried to get in the pool but water and breeze was cool. They weren't able to enjoy it.

We stayed here for a family vacation with 15 people for four days. We chose the house for its layout, the bunk bed room, and the shallow shelf in the pool due to our kids' ages. The pool was a hit, for sure! We used it daily, there was more than enough seating, plenty of sun coverage under the patio, and grilling was great.
We encountered a few issues. Upon arrival, the provided key code did not work. We called and someone was there in ten minutes to let us in. The downstairs was very, very hot. We pulled every fan we could find to keep the 7 kids comfortable. A member of our family determined there was a problem with the AC in that portion of the house. We left a message in the app and someone was there in ten minutes and it was fixed. The pool was hot, almost like a bathtub. Another family member found that the blades on one of the cooking units had come off. We messaged and someone fixed it right away. So, it was challenging to run into these issues, but we were pleased with how quickly SPI Rentals responded to have them repaired.
The garage was awesome. Downstairs fridge very helpful. The pool alarm gave us a sense of peace of mind with so many kids. We appreciated the on site baby equipment (high chair and pack n play). If you're bringing babies, though, consider a baby gate - the stairs aren't visible from the living room. Location Of the house was great – close to some good restaurants and a short drive to the beach.

This property is beautiful. We really enjoyed it. It was perfect for my family of 11. The pool was the perfect size and depth as I have small grandchildren. I will definitely keep this property on my list to rent again. SPI rentals is a great host. They are there when you need them.

Amazing home with every amenity you will need!! Great communication with property manager. The only one thing I wish was better is the pool, the filter was not working our entire stay, maintenance did work thoroughly to help get it fixed but unfortunately it just never worked well. Other than this small issue everything else was great! We will definitely book through this company again.

The "Seaduction" surpassed all of our expectations. It was very close to the beach, and the pool in the backyard was great after a long day at the beach. Proximity to Wanna Wanna was a plus also. We will be back!!
