Great apartment. Lovely owners, who sent a very useful video of how to access the keys. Perfect location for us to visit family.

We weren't there long enough to use the bikes.

It was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The owners was very hospitable and they are readily available whenever I had trouble with something. I would like to thank them for opening their home for first time solo traveller like me.

Excellent Apartment Accommodation

We found that the accommodation was very comfortable. One of the things that we enjoyed the most was the homey and relaxing vibe of the apartment. In total, it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to more people.

We enjoyed everything in the apartment except for the lack of exhaust fan for cooking. But besides that, we don't really have that much of complaints as we were satisfied with our stay.

The garden area was my favorite place to spend time and read or drink coffee.

The bedroom didn't have windows and was in the basement. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

A very nice and organised apartment.

Felt like home, Nira and Chagai lovely friendly people. Fresh warm home made bread waited for us on arrival in the apartment together with tasty home made cookies, such a nice thought, and also have been given milk coffee, tea and sugar, in addition cold beverages in the fridge. Nira gave us precise and easy check-in instructions and the free private parking was definitely a plus. Apartment and kitchen fully equipped with everything even down to eye makeup remover in the bathroom. Very modern and boost shower with loads of hot water. Altogether a very welcoming stay. Just one slight hitch, which wasn't the end of the world as we had data on our mobiles, but wasn't good reception, the wifi wasn't working, but I'm sure Nira and Chagai will sort that out as they did try to fix it while we were there and were most apologetic about it. Overall a really great stay, fab garden in a quiet neighbourhood. Mini Market and a couple of shops round the corner which was also a plus. Look forward to using the apartment again in the future.😊

Not much natural light with very small windows which is acceptable as it's a basement flat, and wasn't an issue for us as we only used the flat to sleep. I actually liked the fact that it wasn't light especially in the morning we were able to sleep in without the sun waking us up🌞 so that too was a bonus 🌝

It was an amazing experience: lovely modern apartment served with hand cooked bread and cookies. Perfect location in a quite and green area, located near all necessary amenities.

It was noted because my wife suffers from an allergy to dust, but some places like a lamp or a shelf above the fridge were dusty.

Two nights stay at Ramat Gan

Great place! Decorated nicely, very cozy and well equipped with everything nedded for 2-3 night trip in tthe city (including a convenient and fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and a freezer). Nira and Haggai Ziv were very nice and kind to us and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you :)

A relaxing and enjoyable stay At Ziv's.

Nira and Hagai are super nice hosts, they welcomed and greeted us and they made us feel very comfortable. The property is in a nice quite neighborhood, so sleeping at night was uninterpreted and we felt completely safe with nothing to worry about. Check-in/Check-out was hassle free. Inside the apartment there was a delicious home made bread which complemented our breakfasts for sure. There is a large refrigerator and a conduction stove with enough kitchen ware to get by. The large screen TV was a plus, although we did not use it much, it was good to watch the news every now and then. The property is in a good location with walking distance to grocery store, bakery, etc. It is near the major routes to Tel Aviv and vicinity or the highway to Jerusalem. The private covered parking was a great plus for us which has an electric door so our rental was not parked outside under the summer sun. There is a nice shaded seating area in the yard great to have breakfast in the morning. We whole heatedly recommend staying At Ziv's place.

The property description could have a little more details about the apartment being a sort of a basement apartment (one has to go down the stairs from the main level). This by definition limits the type of windows it could have, which were narrow and with very limited visibility to the outside. Also when coming with large luggage it's a bit of a pain to take them down the stairs. We could have used an ironing board (there is an iron but no board) I wish a washer and a dryer could be available as we needed to wash cloths and the towels but we couldn't.
