Great stay in a comfortable, wonderful house but could use some improvements as mentioned above.

Bright, well supplied with almost everything we needed. Good location. Ease of access to property.

No grill brush. Contacted management and nothing was delivered. The grill needs to be cleaned regularly and it wasn’t. Could use some more hooks in upstairs bathroom and bedroom.Pool cues damaged and not enough, moldy shower curtain in upstairs bathroom. Toilets were not cleaned, overall the house wasn’t very clean. COLD in basement bedrooms and TV area.

Good but Vacasa could of responded to my requests.

It was fairly new and very pretty views.

Upon arrival the elevator didn’t work and the grill was so disgustingly dirty you couldn’t use it.

Great house , bad hosts

The house was awesome clean and In a good location.

The elevator did not work the whole time we were there. The first person came out to look at it and couldn’t fix it she said the door was locked. The second person came out to unlock the door but didn’t know how to fix it either. So I don’t know why they would send people out that don’t fix elevators. So I was told by the young lady to call when we left to see about being satisfied in any way. But the owners told us that one of our kids broke the elevator. First off the only reason we got the handicap house is because my mom is in a wheelchair. The kids were not even going to be able to get on the elevator it was just for my mom. And for them to say that before they even sent someone out to look at it to see what was wrong with it I took that ass an insult… the elevator never worked 1 time when we was there it’s 2 light only 1 stayed on and the doors never even opened. Elevator are meant to be used repeatedly how can a child break a elevator and our kids are older kids so they know better. But it never worked so how can u break something that never worked. Also if u are handicap do not rent, the drive way is full of rocks and we had the most difficult time trying to roll my mom over the rocks. They need to have it paved since it’s a handicap house I thought that would have been common sense. The worst host I have ever had period since I been renting vacation homes… I loved the house besides the malfunction but because the host are so rude and not friendly I will never book this house again.
