Designed to create open plan living style with an abundance of natural light and perfectly positioned to capture the sea breezes. This home is designed for outdoor living which flows seamlessly onto the numerous decks that surround the home. The use of skylights and expansive windows throughout also add a wonderful sense of light and connect to nature and its beauty, providing the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors and views in style and comfort.

The first floor opens to expansive living and dining areas with a large connecting terrace area. The kitchen opens onto a deck which leads to a level sub-tropical fully fenced backyard, bounded by National park, making for ideal seclusion, perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing in the peaceful surrounds. Two guest bedrooms and bathroom are also located on this level.

The upper level of this residence is dedicated to the ultimate sprawling master suite, featuring a striking curved “wave” ceiling, walk in robe and ensuite, plus connected private decks offering outstanding views.

It is only a short drive to Byron township and surrounded by natural rainforests with coastal walks leading to Cape Byron Lighthouse. A relaxed stroll will find you on one of Byron’s most beautiful beaches, known for its clear water, white sand and long surf breaks. Wategos Beach Retreats are 2 mins walk to Wategos Beach and 5 mins drive to town centre.

The location and view was amazing. Loved all the little add ons in the kitchen which they thought of. Had everything including surfboards and beach activities. We will be back again !

We loved the house. The caretaker was friendly and helpful. Great views and close to wategos, but up out of the fray. The master suite is immense and the other two bedrooms are nice sized. Bathrooms are fine, could use an upgrade but are serviceable. Lots of balconies overlooking the water. Everything you need including beach equipment. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and convenient house close to beach. Don’t for to bring sleeping masks (for very bright master bedroom) and eat plus (for the occasional loud and windy nights).

The home is very clean, neat and tidy and has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable, great location with a great view, good value. The parking however is average and the TVs need upgrading and oven needs replacing.

There were many drawbacks with this house, which is well positioned and has some comforts but is dated and has windows with no curtains.
