Home is decorated tastefully and rooms are large. Parking accommodations for 4 vehicles was helpful. There were some concerns around cleanliness. Floors looked good but gritty was if last guests brought in sand and floors were not thoroughly clean. Outside trash was full so our single bag had to be staged on top of can.Reported to host, who offered surprise but no solutions. We really enjoyed our stay and the little issues did nothing t detract.

We stayed at this property for our sons wedding weekend. It was the perfect location and suited our family’s needs very nicely. Had everything you need and was very clean. Great neighborhood to walk in and loved sitting on the back porch by the pond.

The home was great and very clean. It had all the amenities you would need and the screened in patio looking over the pond was exceptional. My family of eight really enjoyed our weekend and will definitely stay again. The owner responded quickly to any questions and was quite pleasant. 👍

The stay was absolutely fantastic and much less costly than a hotel due to the kitchen and cooking amenities. The home looked spectacular and was worth the price paid. We wished there weren’t so many geese and ducks around so the kids could play in the yard but it was too much poop. Nevertheless, the home was everything the pictures showed and more! The owners made it feel like home to us and were easy to get in touch with when we had questions. I would definitely use this site again and recommend it to family and friends!

We felt as though we were in our home away from home. The house was beautiful and the property owner went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered. It was my first time booking through the site and my first time booking a vacation home so the experience was 5 out of 5 and I pray I have the same success in the future. I would definitely recommend to family and friends who would vacation to different places…way better than a 5 star hotel for sure plus with all the cooking appliances available, a person could choose to eat out or stay in and cook.

Lots of really good sized bedrooms. Big screened tvs were great in every bedroom. Great mattresses! Bathrooms were nicely updated. Big kitchen! Couldn't ask for more. Would have paid more for this many bedrooms & bathrooms, if closer to Charleston.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The house was very clean and decorated. It was also spacious and very comfortable. It had all the bath soaps and shampoo already there. Beautiful backyard and neighborhood. Will book again if we are in this area. We were very much satisfied.

We entered the home and it was beautiful, clean, pristine, cozy and welcoming. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. A “Welcome Package” of snacks awaited us in the kitchen. The kitchen contained every needed amenity. We wanted for nothing. Every room was beautifully decorated and modern, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was only 3 miles from our Family event. Communication with the owner was excellent, and we were appreciative that she checked in to ensure we accessed the home with no issues. If we had questions, we got a response right away. Our stay was perfect and we highly recommend this lovely home.

We enjoyed our trip to Summerville SC. The home we stayed at was wonderful. Great location, quiet neighborhood, the view of the pond was an added bonus. The house “Calm Country” was so much more than we expected. We have already decided we were coming back in the near future and will make sure the same place is available.
