The Bethany Beach Boardwalk is 3 miles and the Delaware Seashore State Park is only 5 miles away! The ideal location with tons to do for every interest in a peaceful, quiet, dead end street location.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable home with TWO family-living areas and four bedrooms. Featuring two master bedrooms with king size beds and full baths on the main level and two additional bedrooms and full bath on the upper level. The kitchen is well equipped. There is even a grill outside the kitchen door on the deck for the perfect summer bar-b-que. Everything you need to enjoy your quintessential Bethany Beach vacation.

Parking for 4 cars is snug. Additional parking at the clubhouse. Street parking is prohibited in Salt Pond. RV and trailer parking is not permitted in the driveway.

Key cards are required for access to non-golf amenities ages 16 and up. Kids under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. A copy of your lease is required to purchase key cards at the Clubhouse through the property manager. Contact the Golf Pro Shop to inquire about tee times and fees.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent and signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

A $500 security deposit is required if you do not purchase insurance

The entire family thoroughly enjoyed our week. The home was comfortable, warm and fully equipped with supplies and beach accessories. We were either at the beach, bike riding or at the broad walk all week; it was a great vacation. The rental process was seamless.

Great vacation to Delaware. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, clean house. Large enough for 2 families with a safe, friendly community. The kids went bike riding around the community everyday. The beaches and tourist activities were close by. And when we didn't want to go out, we stayed by the pool, took turns kayaking, and went Maryland blue crabbing in the backyard canal. The house had all the amendities and more. We made several meals at home and cooked lovely dinners with a well equipped kitchen. Definitely a lovely place to stay.

The property exceeded my expectations. It was a warm, welcoming house that was very comfortable for my 10 person family. Plenty of room to spread out but also enough seating to be able to gather for meals. Having two living rooms was nice when the kids wanted to play games while the adults relaxed in the other. The inside of the house was very clean and had all the kitchen necessities. The house had everything you needed for a beach vacation - beach chairs, boogie boards. The kids loved the use of the kayak and the paddle boards and followed the canal behind the house to the salt pond. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants and the beach. The owner was very responsive to messages. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The house had plenty of room for my large family. It was warm and welcoming. Beautifully decorated but comfortable . We spent a lot of time in the backyard . Plenty to do. The community was welcoming . The host responded quickly and was very helpful .

We had a wonderful time vacationing at this property. The house is clean, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful! The owner thought of everything and was very responsive throughout our stay. We were 10 people and the house had plenty of room to spare. We really enjoyed the backyard set up, the stand up paddle boards, kayak, pool, volleyball court and the town of Bethany Beach. We look forward to returning.
