The listing advertises the location as being in a “private gated community,” however that is not the case. It is an ungated apartment complex. The apartment was somewhat clean but could have been cleaner, particularly the master bathroom. Linens and towels etc. were all freshly laundered. There was a persistent odor of urine just outside the entry door that made entering and exiting the unit a little unpleasant. There is an apartment directly above this unit and the sounds from above were sometimes disruptive both late at night and early in the morning.

Apartment served its purpose very well. All essentials were supplied. Towels, bed linens, even beach towels. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. Nice touch having some Kpods. Only downside was the streetlight that flickered throughout the night creating a disco like effect in the bedrooms. The community pool was good and although there was daily cleaning done in the pool, there were still a lot of leaves in the pool.

My daughter and family stayed for a week. The place had everything they needed, was near stores and restaurants, and the owner was easy to contact and always replied quickly.

The property was clean and Stephanie always answered when we needed her. I would definitely go back. 20 minutes to the beach great restaurants.

Awesome property, in great condition, accommodated myself and 2 teenagers with room to spare. Close proximity to pool and fitness center, both of which are top notch. Many golf and restaurant options close by. Host is always available, in case of questions. OVERALL AWESOME VISIT!!!
