Fish from the OB pier (no fishing license required!) just about a 5-min walk from your front door! Please note that a maximum of 6 guests are allowed. What better way is there to make the most out of your vacation? Book your dates before someone else does!

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:
This is a second-floor unit (19 steps) with no elevator, so it may not be appropriate for everyone.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this home (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for air circulation.
This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests and can sleep 4 in beds.
NO pets allowed - sorry Fido!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.
Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $300 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
