Overall, a good place to stay. Good location, garage is nice to have. We didn’t cook here but it appeared to have all you need. Seemed to be clean which is great!
A few things to know. The unit is in between two other units, you could hear quite a bit of noise from one neighbor. Fireplace would have been nice but it only would work for 20 or so seconds and then shut off. The hot tub location is awesome, but the units jets were a little soft, seems like some didn’t even work. Also temp would not go above 99. Being a short stay, we didn’t reach out to Vacasa to deal with these items. Last, there are three sets of stairs and to get bags to bedrooms, you get to go up two of them. If you have a problem with stairs this is not the place for you.

The townhouse was ask described so we were happy. The only change I would recommend is that all the lights in the house appeared to be at daylight level 5000k, without any dimmers. It would be nice to have softer lighting (~ 2700k) especially in the bedrooms). Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Easy to walk to shopping, coffee, dinner, etc. We loved the access to the Greenway path around the Preserve, which is such a beautiful area. The condo was very nice and had all the amenities we needed.
Positives: overall it was great and we would stay here again.
Improvements: Pillows on master bed were flat and not comfortable. Master bedroom TV did not connect to the Internet. We only tried to use it on the last night and so it was no big deal. If we had more time I am sure we could have received help and figured it out.

Hot tub was a nice way to end each day. View from up top is gorgeous.
Home was clean and had (only) the basics. Beds were comfortable but if you like to sleep in the dark, be prepared for a blindingly bright white room with standard shades - no way to darken the room and there’s a lot of surrounding light at night - some noise but fairly quiet. Super convenient for walking to restaurants and parking was easy. Stairs are narrow and plentiful, so carrying large bags up in the narrow staircase was challenging.
Nothing bad to say, but there’s no feeling of home. Basic dishes, cheap wine glasses and not much decor. Bedrooms and bathrooms are blinding white. No Kleenex or lotion provided but Aveda soap and shampoo/conditioner. No special amenities for sure. Feels like a rental property rather than someone’s home.
Was glad I brought my own pillow.
Appreciated the early check in! Laundry and garage were nice.

We loved staying in the Newpark area, close to all the local mountains, great restaurants in the shopping center. Hot tub was a great plus…used it everyday! Would just ask that the unit provide tissues and a humidifier. The air is so dry in Utah, made it hard to sleep and headaches…a humidifier would help with this.

Located in the middle of Kimball Junction in walking distance to a ton of restaurants and stores. Quick ride to free lot in Canyon Village and downtown Park City. Beware that the water pressure is not good, but this place overall gets the job done. Loved the private hot tub on roof.

Unit is extremely clean, great layout on each floor. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and well appointed bedrooms.
Only negative was Satalite TV and Cable was in the listing, but other than SamsungTV, there was not any other options. So, it you want to watch that all important game or catch the local news you will not be able to. Traded texts with management company and they said they would have someone come out and look, but never did.
Also, other than salt and vegetable oil, there are no spices of any sort, so bring you own.
But, again, very nice and clean unit.

Overall this is a great place to stay. It is close to shops and restaurants in the area. We went to use the gas grill one night for dinner and the propane tank was out of gas. Overall the place was very clean except for the sleeper sofa. When we pulled it out to use it was dirty and had food crumbs all over it.

The large single garage made it easy to load, unload and store our e-bikes securely. Our SUV with the bike rack on fit in the garage. There is an electrical outlet in an alcove in the garage to charge and store the e-bikes.
The four house levels was a good step workout. We would stay there again.

Loved the location of condo, close to trails, walking distance to many restaurants, outdoor concerts on the weekends. The roof top patio w/hot tub was especially nice. However, be forwarned...there are LOTS of steep stairs. We will rent again!

The town home is gorgeous and in a great location. It fit our party of three wonderfully. 3 bath a definite plus. Quiet other than trash pickup every morning was VERY noisy. We made good use of the hot tub and really enjoyed the view. Like any townhouse, lots of stairs…be aware. Would definitely recommend and revisit!

Property was very clean, and well appointed and hot tub was welcome after a day of riding (Toto seats in the bathrooms were also a nice surprise). Very convenient to transit to Canyons base/Park City for snowboarding (2 min walk to bus stop from the condo), groceries (Smiths is right there and Whole Foods across the main road) and great restaurants in the Newpark area (Sushi Blue is recommended). One tip is to bring your own coffee; there is a coffee maker in the condo, but no coffee stocked (recommend owner adds coffee to the unit). However, Starbucks and another cafe are walking distance.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. The views from every window have mountains! Very easy check in/out process. The water takes a long time to warm up but it is Utah in the winter so we just waited! Great location to shopping, grocery and we even walked for dinner one evening. The cooking utensils could use an upgrade but everything else was great! We wanted a few nights out of the city but we were close enough to drive back in for a Jazz game.

We came to Park City to go skiing and this stay was perfect for that. I was happy with all of the amenities especially the hot tub after a long day of skiing. It was super convenient to have so many restaurants within walking distance of the condo. We will be back, thank you!

Great condo
very clean, modern and well decorated, practically new, huge tv, spa on rooftop and well located close to shops and restaurants (walking) and a quick drive to Canyons (cabriolet gondola parking was way more convenient than expected and only a few minutes away never crowded) but also PC and deer valley. Could drive down to SLC easily too. Enjoyed the fireplace and private garage (could keep skis in car). Good value for what you get.

Amazing
This place was in the best location, within walking distance to stores as well as major grocery stores. Central location to all of our activities as well as really close to the slopes. The place was amazing, so clean and had everything we could possibly need. The views were incredible and would come back for sure!!!!

Location was good, easy access to PC, the condo Jacuzzi was having issues, someone was suppose to fix it , but no one ever did. Their was boxes of goldfish crackers under the bed. The kitchen snd fireplace was nice, Condo was not ready until 4;30 was suppose to be 4;00. Overall nice place ., Garbage outside was never collected over flowing everywhere.

Nice Location outside of PC Proper
This spot ended up being nicer to stay that I anticipated. It was great to have stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars right by the property. The layout was great for two couples, nice to have a garage, and the hot tub is a must for a good ski trip.

Newpark Townhome
Wonderful two-month stay. Property was conveniently located for our purposes. Numerous dining & shopping options within walking distance. Trail system for walking/running and large recreation center right next to unit. Private spa on top level was just what the doctor ordered on a cool evening after mountain hiking all day. Only negative was a very uncomfortable living room couch…but we made do. We are already planning our return next Fall!
