GROUND LEVEL: Step into the welcoming foyer upon arrival and find immediate access to the back patio, west (single car) garage, & east garage (hangout area), as well as staircase and convenient 2-person elevator. Please note: *No phone inside the elevator. Step out to the back, covered patio to discover a Great outdoor space to dine, play games, or even catch a nap! This area has a pub table, a dining table, and a HUGE enclosed outdoor shower! Open both the east and west garage doors to allow for more hangout space. The west garage will allow for one parking space and is where guests will find plenty of sand toys, beach chairs, and even a few floats. While there are usually many items here, please note no particular item is guaranteed. Please do not leave items on the beach as the city will remove anything left at sunset.
