The oceanfront deck offers stunning views of the beach, surfers, dolphins, and the Folly Pier. Enjoy the unmatched scenery while sipping a cocktail prepared at the custom dry bar. Whether you're here for a family vacation or a group retreat, Petite SurSea offers a serene, stylish stay.

Living Area:
The cozy living room features comfortable seating, warm décor, and large sliding doors that lead to the oceanfront deck. The custom dry bar is perfect for mixing up drinks to enjoy on the deck while soaking in the panoramic beach views.
Kitchen:
The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare beachside snacks and meals, and it features both a Keurig and drip coffee maker to cater to all coffee lovers.
Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom, direct access to the oceanfront deck, and a mounted TV.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom and mounted TV.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed with shared bathroom access and mounted TV.
Bedroom #4: Two twin beds, shared bathroom access, and a mounted TV.
Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms are fully renovated with modern fixtures, including spacious showers, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Oceanfront Views: Enjoy spectacular views of the beach, surfers, and dolphins from the oceanfront deck.
Two Oceanfront Pools: Relax by one of the two oceanfront pools (open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting).
Private Covered Parking: Two complimentary parking spaces are provided. Additional parking may be available upon request.
Convenient Elevators: Two elevators on-site ensure easy access to all areas of the complex.
Exclusive Beach Gear Credit:
Book a stay of 4–14 nights and receive a $250 credit towards beach gear rentals, courtesy of our partnership with VayK Gear! Please note: The HOA does not allow bikes, surfboards, kayaks, or paddleboards from VayK Gear on the property.
Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.
Upcoming Construction Notice:
Please be aware that from October 2024 through spring 2025, the Charleston Oceanfront Villas HOA will be replacing all oceanfront sliding doors. This project will be conducted stack by stack, starting with units ending in -23 and working toward the pier. Expect scaffolding and intermittent construction noise during this time. Efforts will be made to minimize the impact on your stay.
