Bicycle rental is available just 250 meters away. Baby equipment is provided upon request, and for bookings of up to 10 people, the dependance is closed.

The rocky beach is a mere 250 meters from the villa, and the diving center is 650 meters away. The property is surrounded by walking paths that lead to stunning natural reserves, including the Riserva Naturale Diaccia Botrona and Parco naturale della Maremma. Additionally, the ferry 'Piombino' is 47 km from the villa, and a 250-meter downhill path with steps leads to a beautiful rocky cove, accessible only from the private estate of the house.

Unit Layout
This spacious and comfortable villa offers 9 rooms spanning 360 square meters across 2 levels. The main level features a large 70 square meter lounge area with a panoramic window, an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, flat screen, and hi-fi system, providing a cozy space to relax and enjoy the marvellous view of the sea and the port from the lounge's terrace. The open dining room is perfect for hosting meals with loved ones, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts an oven, dishwasher, 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. The villa features 6 double bedrooms on the main level, each with unique amenities, including one with a shower/bidet/WC and another with a bath/WC. Additionally, there is a small living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a room with 1 bed (80 cm) and 1 pull-out bed, and a room with 1 french bed (130 cm).
On the lower ground floor, guests will find 3 more bedrooms, including a large double bedroom with a bath/bidet/WC and air conditioning, 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, and an open living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed. The villa also features a garden and 2 large terraces, which are partly covered and equipped with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs.
