Worth the price and it was comfortable.

It was clean, had all the amenities, and the owners were friendly and response.

Great value, nice property; one should plan their commute though

It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a great choice for our company of 4

It’s quite far from the centre and you have to go/drive through the ugliest street of Vancouver full of homeless/drug addicts. Just be aware of it

Great option

The space was exceptionally clean. We were two couples spending a night prior to boarding a cruise ship. There are some good restaurants within a 10 minute walk to dine, and Erica offers breakfast items (OJ,, coffee, eggs, toast) that make your stay pleasant. The neighbourhood seems a like a safe place to walk around at night.

The walls are thin and not soundproof. The layout is a bit odd - you enter through one of the rooms.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Saubere, nette Wohnung , gute Fenster, man hörte nichts von außen. Im Kühlschrank waren ein paar Nahrungsmittel fürs erste Frühstück, wir durften die Waschmaschine benutzen. Erica ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin .

Our stay was great, we love the place and the location!

Communication was great and on time, the owner always keeps us informed about the checking and checkout process, love the idea of having small messages with Instructions around the house which was very helpful.

Nothing everything was perfect.

Will probably consider staying there again if we are not cooking n if it is not in winter time

My daughter loves the piano , and the board games

The main issue is the electricity— it will get trip if we use two or more appliances, and it took very long for water to boil in the pot, hence a simple meal took us almost close to 2 hours . The 2 nights we stayed were quite cold, however the centre heater was not warm enough, though the owner provided 2 portable heater , but it was insufficient for 3 rooms

Great place!

- Towels, shampoo, body foam provided - Kitchen provided with microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine. - Beds are comfy with extra sheets - 1.5 toilets - Value for money (paid for around 145 per person for 3 nights) - Stayed with 4 people (me included). Enough space for us. - The host was very friendly and kind

Just a little far from vancouver attractions so you have to drive or uber.

Tolles Appartement, tolle Lage.

Es waren zur Begrüßung Eier, Milch und Orangensaft im Kühlschrank. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat hervorragend geklappt. Das Appartement ist ausreichend groß, sehr sauber und super gemütlich. Wir können nichts schlechtes sagen. Alles war tip top. Anweisungen zum Parkplatz kamen rechtzeitig per Booking mail.

Insgesamt enttäuschend, die Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen

Parken war sehr einfach, allerdings an der Straße in Hausnähe. Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb und man benötigt für alles ein Auto und entsprechend sind die Parkgebühren an den Zielen. Sie liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße und es ist ab sehr früh morgens sehr laut. Sie hat eigentlich nur im Hauptraum, bestehend aus Wohnzimmer, Küche und Eingangsflur, Fenster. Das Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett war sehr klein und hatte gar kein Fenster. Die beiden anderen Räume eher Kellerfenster. Die Unterkunft selbst war zwar sauber, aber der Duschvorhang und das Handtuch hatten Flecken, die Badetücher rochen muffig.

The house is super clean and comfortable! She arranged every detail perfectly, the house is mega equipped with everything you need, even she leaves some breakfast things in the fridge! We love the place

Underwhelming for the price

I can't think of anything that stood out.

The noise levels after 11pm. There was music playing until 1130pm that could be heard in half the suite. The beds were uncomfortable, a lot of the furniture squeaked while people sat on them (even from children). Some of the dishes we found were not properly cleaned.

A great location and apartment for sightseeing Vancouver

The apartment is located centrally from some major attractions such as Stanley Park, Capilano Suspension Bridge and Granville Island. The apartment is very clean, spacious and convenient for a family of four. The owner was very helpful and prompt in communications. She even took care of some groceries for free (eggs, milk, orange juice).

Pretty and very accessible suite near PNE

The space was nicely decorated. It has a great sitting area with TV, books and games. Kitchen was well equipped and the host gave complimentary breakfast foods in the fridge. Location is good, close to the PNE.

It was a little cool, but the host put up the temperature right away when we asked.

Fabulous

All the little extra like milk and eggs in the fridge were a very nice surprise. The place was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home.

The only thing I can think of was we had no control over the temperature, but that was not a huge deal.

Stunning and very comfortable suite, well equipped kitchen (lightly stocked with essentials- fantastic for travellers!) and a very accommodating host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay!

We had a really great stay here and Kim was an exceptional host and always at hand to help us with anything we needed! We had a car so it was great to have free parking available to us, we didn't make use of any public transport so not sure how convenient it is from the apartment, but you are not too far from downtown or North Vancouver. We had everything we needed and apartment was nice and warm during the winter! Any issues we did have were quickly and resolved thoroughly, so we were very happy with our stay overall, thanks again Kim!

Spacious, modern, clean and has everything you need

The extra food and coffee were a nice touch. Also, being dog friendly and access to laundry was much appreciated. It was comfortable and felt like a temporary home

A bit of traffic noise in the front room, since it's on a busy street.
