This Charming four bedroom first floor property offers generous space in every room and en-suite bathrooms with each bedrooms. The original charm is displayed through the traditional furnishings.
The inviting lounge and dining area is set alongside the kitchen, offering a blend of sea views and colourful countryside views. With comfortable seating and a traditional dining area to accommodate 8 guests.
The kitchen offers a double electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge - the washing machine, tumble drier and additional fridge freezer are in the garage area
Barton House offers four generous bedrooms each with en-suite facilities, 2 bedrooms have a bath with over shower, W/C & basin & 2 bedrooms have baths, W/C & basin;
Bedroom One Double bed with colourful views, ample storage TV and En-suite bathroom.
Bedroom Two includes a comfortable double bed, ample storage, TV and En-suite bathroom.
Bedroom Three offers relaxing views, twin beds, TV, ample storage and En-suite bathroom.
Bedroom Four boasts extensive coastal and countryside views with Twin Beds, ample storage, TV, En-suite bathroom
Barton House offers large grounds, including a shed for storage of bikes, surfboards, wetsuits etc

From Barnstaple follow the A361 for Braunton/Ilfracombe. At the main set of traffic lights in Braunton, after (Squires Fish Chip shop), continue straight on for approx five and a half miles until you reach 'Mullacott Cross Roundabout'. Take the first exit left, signposted Woolacombe (B3343). Continue along this main road past the Fortescue Arms for approximately another mile. The property is in the centre of Woolacombe: as you enter Woolacombe, you will notice the Narracott Hotel on the right hand side, turn immediately left, beside Bar Electric. Continue past the shops in Woolacombe until you reach the chemist (on your right hand side) turn left at this junction, contine past the shops on your left arcade on your right to the end of the road where the road narrows. Continue thriugh the walled entrance, follow the road road to the left and down to the garages. You will see the allocated parking labbelled Moon.
We are pleased to confirm linen is included with this booking but please do not forget to bring your towels
