One bedroom condo located just outside historic Christiansted. Relax in a comfortable king size bed to recharge for all your daily excursions. Clean and equipped with all the essentials needed for a home away from home!. A/C, free WiFi, cable tv, stocked kitchen. In a quiet and gated community with well maintained lush tropical grounds, pool, and laundry facilities on-site. Enjoy two beach chairs, towels, & cooler when heading to the beaches. Condo is a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Christiansted, boardwalk with many shops and restaurants, and hotel on the cay beach.
The space:
One bedroom (separate from living area) with a/c, king bed, tv, ceiling and floor fans, dresser, large closet with hangers.
Recently updated bathroom, living area with large smart tv, free WiFi. Kitchen completely stocked for when you feel like staying inside including toaster, keurig coffee maker, blender, microwave, pots, pans, flatware, dishes, cups, etc. Dining room table and chairs. Outside patio seating area.
Guest access:
Guests have access to WiFi, gated secure parking, onsite laundry facilities, and beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, and a cooler for your use when heading to the beach. Charcoal grill is available for your use poolside.

My husband and I used this condo for a week as home base for exploring all the beaches and other interests on the USVI of St. Croix. Jill met us at the gate, and we had our keys and were inside unit #46 in 5 minutes. There are stairs/steps, but nothing steep and the grounds are lovely and well maintained throughout the complex. Gated parking and very nice pool! The laundry facilities worked, and the water hose was right there for rinsing beach sand off feet, chairs, and shoes. The condo itself was very cute, with island themed decorations. The bed was comfy, and plenty of pillows. The river rock and tile shower with diffused lighting was awesome at the end of the day! The kitchen had every utensil, gadget, and appliance we needed - we are coffee drinkers and were glad to have a full sized drip coffee pot and we used the blender for frozen cocktails. The couch in the living area was big enough for both of us to stretch out for TV watching and book reading in the evenings. We loved the awesome back pack beach chairs, plentiful beach towels, and handy cooler because we explored different beaches every day. We felt very safe and neighbors were friendly. This is not a brand new complex, so don't expect the condo to look "US New" - it's the island, and better accommodations than most at an awesome price and central location! We had a couple issues with the AC unit and internet, but Lucas was very responsive and all was figured out quickly. Hope to be back Soon!

The host is perfect and very knowledgeable of the island. Always available to answer any questions. The condo is centralized and a short drive from anything. The free bottle of rum was a nice addition. Super comfortable and climate controlled after a hot day at the beach. Would stay in this property over and over.

The property was a clean condo in a gated community just a mile or two from downtown Christansted parking. The pool was gorgeous, rarely occupied and had a distant view of buck island and the ocean. Check in and check out were easy, and the host is a great communicator. The condo had everything you need for a relaxing vacation stay.

About an 8 minute drive from the customs house/boardwalk area. Nice apartment, good A/C, spacious, and pool right in front. Kitchen has plenty of dishware for use.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our trip to St Croix. The location was great. We could get to anywhere on the island in a short drive. The condo was very clean, very well stocked, and very secure. Check in was very easy and efficient, and communication with the host was great. The host is extremely responsive, and very helpful with questions and suggestions of things to do. I highly recommend this condo as a great place to stay and explore St Croix.

Condo location made it easy to see all areas of the island. Check in was easy and Lucas gave great recommendations for dining. Beach chairs and towels were nice to have when going to the beach. Renting a car is a must.

The condo was very nice and the property was landscaped with beautiful plants and flowers. The pool was clean and right outside the door. Jill was very helpful in checking in and out. I would definitely recommend a car because the location is a bit further away from the coast and downtown than we had thought. Otherwise I would recommend this place and come back again.

Great stay enjoyable experience had everything we needed . Good communication nice to have a late checkout. Definitely rent a car to get the most out of your time here no problem with finding a gated parking space.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy communication with Lucas and then Jill who met us to let us in. We rented a car which I highly recommend and had no issues and glad to have gated parking. The unit had lots of amenities including some creamer, k-cups, condiments available as well as an assortment of shampoo and conditioner. We used the beach chairs everyday and a cooler was available. We didn’t use the pool but it was a nice option. It was easy to get in and out to explore the island. You aren’t within walking distance of the beach and taxis are expensive, but driving around was easy as long as you watch out for the potholes. We would definitely stay here again. Luckily we didn’t need to reach out during our stay but Lucas was always very responsive leading up to our stay and at the end when we were preparing to leave.

My husband and I loved this property- it was close to everything (we traveled the whole island). 30 minutes east or west. You absolutely need a car to travel. Long reef was clean and it had everything we needed for the week. Would absolutely stay there again.

This property was well stocked with everything needed plus lots of extras. Condo was clean and the perfect space for 2 people. Location was good which made it easy to travel in any direction in a short period of time. Hopefully we'll be back one day!

Check in was easy and hassle free. Jill was awesome and we even hung out at her bar The Nauti Parrot the first night. The condo was amazing and was everything we needed for a great trip. Great views and just a few minutes from the boardwalk. Thanks Lucas for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

Luke is an excellent host, the process from the reservation through our checkout was seamless and pleasant, more then what anyone could expect or hope for. The pricing was great, the property is stocked with everything you could need and then some. I highly recommend you stay here if he has availability. The community and neighbors are friendly, Jill is sweet and helpful she also has an amazing bar/restaurant that has amazing food, I could go on about our experience, I would absolutely stay there again or any property hosted by Luke. Cute Beachy feel with great space. Owner Lucus was awesome and ALWAYS communicated in timely manner. The king bed was cozy. All the amenities we needed provided. There is a pool that really nice. The people are great. Quick taxi ride to anywhere cause you are close to everything. Jill was awesome and so was her Bar & grill(The Nauti Parrot) with great drinks and AWESOME food, people & atmosphere!!! All in all, we couldn't ask for a better place to stay for relaxing and enjoying our 23rd Anniversary! Thank y'all..we will return next year! Best place to stay with a great price!!

This property was just as advertised: Clean, comfortable, convenient. Lucas was easy to contact and his property manager met us at the condo with the keys as soon as we arrived. It was great to have beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler for our use. The pool at the condo was awesome to hang out at in the evening after spending days at different beaches. Great place, would return and would recommend.

We just returned from Luke's place and are already planning a trip there next year. The condo was perfect for us! Super clean with all the amenities you could possibly need. We felt very safe in this gated property. Communication was topnotch. He responded quickly and was a pleasure to talk with. The location is great too. Just a short drive to downtown Christiansted and centrally located to explore the whole island. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend staying here for your trip to this beautiful island!

We had a great stay at Lucas’ condo. He was very responsive to messages and provided a lot of nice amenities for the beach. The condo is in a gated community and is safe, quiet, and comfortable. It’s conveniently located for easy access to other parts of the island. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting St. Croix!

Great views of the water and Christiansted and quiet along with gated area and it is good walking to the city and has everything needed for my stay plus nice garden and pool. Office is open at hours and responds quickly plus peaceful setting at night
