The living and dining area flows to a large covered patio, where an outdoor kitchen overlooks a refreshing pool. This outdoor haven becomes the perfect setting for dining, poolside lounging, and quality time spent with loved ones.
This residence offers 2 generous living spaces and an array of thoughtful features. The 2nd Loungeroom is located at the back of the house past the pool offering a large movie theatre screen. Bring along your favorite DVDs and indulge in movie nights with the family, promising cherished moments against the backdrop of relaxation.
Reverse cycle air conditioning ensures that every bedroom, lounge/living area, and home theatre/rumpus room remains the perfect temperature, catering to all seasons.
Just a short stroll takes you to Mossy Point and Boat Ramp, where the calm waters await your exploration. An easy walk leads you to the boat ramp, public jetty, and the inviting shores of Broulee Beach. Coastal adventures and aquatic joys become an integral part of your stay.
